The package came quickly and ordering was fairly easy, but 1 item of 2 ordered was wrong. Two left foot shoes and different sizes. Returning could be made easier.

My shinpads were litterally BURNED
My shinpads were litterally BURNED. The plastic was black and i got FIBERGLASS on my fingers from the shinpads. They are unusable. The outside packaging was not damages so someone packed it like that!?!?!? 0/5 experience.

As our products are manually picked and packed by our warehouse team, we take concerns like this seriously and would like to investigate how this happened.
Please contact our Claims Department with photos and details of the damaged product, as well as the outer packaging.
Information about the packaging is particularly important as it can help us determine whether the damage may have occurred during transport and allow us to follow up with the courier if necessary.

Product was broken, but did get sorted out
The shoes had a clear manufacturing defect (a sharp spike inside) that made them unwearable. Initially, there were disagreements with customer service and the communication was slow and lacking a bit.
However, after following up, the company took responsibility and resolved the issue properly. While the initial experience and product quality control were not ideal, the final resolution was handled correctly.

The 300 euro shoes started to fall apart after a few hours of training, and after a complaint, the money was refunded because the products did not last as expected and as they should.

Tilasin sukkia historialliseen Karoliini armeijan tarpeisiin.
Kuvassa ne olivat täysin keltaiset. Olin hämmästynyt kun sukkien varsissa olikin siniset viirut. Tarkastin vielä netistä kuvan.

Kiitos palautteestasi, ja harmittelemme, etteivät sukat vastanneet odotuksiasi. Ymmärrämme hyvin, että historiallista käyttötarkoitusta varten siniset raidat tekevät tuotteesta teille sopimattoman.
Tuotekuvissa on kuitenkin nähtävissä myös sukat, joissa on valmistajan tuotemerkille ominaiset (siniset) chavron-raidat, ja tuotekuvauksen ja kuvien yhteydessä pyrimme esittelemään tuotteen mahdollisimman kattavasti. Ymmärrämme silti, että ensimmäisen kuvan perusteella tuotteesta voi saada erilaisen vaikutelman.
Mikäli sukat ovat käyttämättömät, ne voi palauttaa meille maksutta 30 päivän palautusoikeuden puitteissa, jolloin hyvitämme tilauksen. Toivottavasti löydätte tarpeisiinne paremmin sopivan tuotteen!
