Tässä tapauksessa pelipaidan painatuksessa ollut pelinumero oli kuitenkin täysin oikein tilaushetkellä, ja paita vastasi siten tilauksen yhteydessä saatavilla ollutta tietoa.
Pelaaja vaihtoi pelinumeroaan vasta tilauksen postittamisen jälkeisenä päivänä, eli kyseessä oli muutos, johon emme valitettavasti voineet vaikuttaa.
Pelaajien pelinumerot voivat muuttua kauden aikana tai juuri ennen sitä, ja pyrimme päivittämään pelaajatietoja jatkuvasti mahdollisimman ajantasaisiksi. Valitettavasti emme kuitenkaan voi ennakoida tällaisia muutoksia. Olemme kertoneet tästä myös verkkosivujemme FAQ:ssa.
Ymmärrämme silti, että lopputulos on ollut sinulle harmillinen, ja pahoittelemme tästä aiheutunutta pettymystä.

We’re very sorry to hear about this experience. We understand how frustrating it must be to wait 9 days for your order when the expected delivery time was 4–6 days, and then to receive a completely different item from what you ordered.
Receiving a baby-sized Liverpool shirt instead of the two Manchester City shirts in size S is clearly not what you should have received, and we apologize for the mistake.

Sizing instructions
We followed the sizing instructions on your website when trying on the Nike Elite football boots, and we even ordered one size larger just to be on the safe side. Despite following all the fitting and measuring instructions carefully, the boots were still too small.
The old football boots are EU size 38, while the new pair we ordered is EU size 40, yet they are exactly the same size in practice.
This is the main reason for the negative review. At least for this particular model, the size chart simply cannot be relied upon. Unfortunately, we had to return the boots.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the Nike Elite boots did not fit as expected, especially after you carefully followed the sizing and measuring instructions and even chose a size larger.
The size chart shown on our product page is provided by Nike and is exactly the same size chart Nike provides on its own website.
We have not measured this particular model ourselves, which is why we also state on the product page that the measurements should only be used as a guideline and may involve some uncertainty.
Unfortunately, manufacturers do not have so-called universal dimensions or lengths for their products with a specific size marking. This means that the actual dimensions of products with the same size marking can vary not only between manufacturers and models, but even within the same collection. We therefore understand your frustration when the size chart did not correspond to the actual fit of the boots in this case.
We’re also sorry that you had to return the boots. If the size is not right, we do offer a 30-day free return, provided our return process is followed. We appreciate that having to return a product is still inconvenient, especially when you have taken extra care to select the correct size.

Kiitos paljon palautteestasi! 😊 Mukava kuulla, että olet ollut aiemmin tyytyväinen palveluumme. Harmittelemme kuitenkin, että tällä kertaa nappikset osoittautuivat liian pieniksi ja palautuksesta aiheutui ylimääräistä vaivaa.
Valitettavasti valmistajilla ei ole ns. universaaleja mittoja tai pituuksia tietylle kokomerkinnälle. Näin ollen saman kokomerkinnän tuotteiden todelliset mitat voivat vaihdella eri valmistajien lisäksi jopa saman valmistajan ja malliston sisällä. Siksi sopivan koon löytäminen ei aina onnistu pelkän kokomerkinnän perusteella.
Palautustarraa ei nykyään toimiteta automaattisesti tilauksen mukana, mutta palautus on edelleen maksuton, kun se tehdään palautusohjeidemme mukaisesti. Palautuksen voi rekisteröidä verkkosivuillamme, jolloin saat ladattua tulostettavan palautuskortin. Olemme myös pyrkineet kertomaan palautusprosessin vaiheet selkeästi FAQ:ssamme.
Ymmärrämme kuitenkin hyvin, että tämä voi tuntua aiempaan tapaan verrattuna ylimääräiseltä vaiheelta, ja pahoittelemme siitä aiheutunutta vaivaa.
