Quality products
Quality products, the actual shipping is fast but 2-3-day processing time for off-the-shelf non-customized products is too long.

Was a big disappointment to place a specific order and then got a email saying that the chosen print is not available. That should be guaranteed when the order is placed and the peoduct paid since it was the reason why the order was made in the first place. The alternative can’t be the option to change the name of the player if the whole idea was to get a shirt with the specific player…

Toivottavasti se palvelee sinua pitkään niin arjessa kuin mahdollisilla futismatkoilla!

Damaged box
Luckily, I bought a pair of football shoes and a ball, cause it could be seen how badly the box was treated since it arrived all broken. Even the football shoes box inside the bigger one was damaged. It was a pity as I would have liked to keep it.

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your parcel and the shoe box arrived in such poor condition. We completely understand your disappointment, especially if you had hoped to keep the original box.
This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have. We would appreciate it if you could contact our customer service team with your order number and a few photos of the damaged packaging so we can investigate the matter further with the shipping company.
We hope to hear from you soon and have the opportunity to look into this.
Kind regards,
Unisport Team
