Easy and Fast
The only downside was that the shirt’s product page didn’t have a size guide or even a direct link to one. I found the size guide on the manufacturer’s website. Otherwise, the site is pretty straightforward.
Pros: A variety of payment options and fast shipping.

Estimated delivery time for the order…
Estimated delivery time for the order was 7-9 days. After 7 days nothing heard so I contacted customer service who said that one item was lost. New shoes ordered with estimated delivery time 3-5 days, although it took 7 days to get them. Helpful customer service was the only positive.

Unfortunately, one of the items in your order was an on-demand product that was delayed on its way from the brand's warehouse to ours and ultimately could no longer be supplied by the brand, which impacted the overall delivery time. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when you were expecting your order sooner.
We're glad our customer service team was able to assist you, and as a small gesture of apology, we provided a discount code for your replacement order. Your replacement order was shipped the same day it was placed. Unfortunately, the midsummer affected the delivery time (parcels do not move on public holidays / weekends), which extended the waiting time.
We truly appreciate your patience and your feedback, as it helps us improve both our communication and our processes.

I found the best price at Unisport, the delivery was as promised and my child liked the product. Although a half size smaller would have been best for these gloves, this size is also suitable. My child is the goalkeeper for his junior team.

Delivery time
Delivery time. Ordered 12.6 and delivery was 22.6, promised delivery time was 2-4 days. My son was sad because the france shirt did not arrive to France first game against marocco.

Jalkapallokengät
Tarvitsemani nappulakengät löytyi helposti ja olivat hyvässä tarjouksessa. Ostamani nappulakengät olivat jo ainakin kahdeksannet meidän perheeseen. Aina tilaukset toimineet hyvin ja tuote ollut sitä, mitä on tilattu.
Samalla otettiin myös Grippisukkia, joita on myös ollut jo useampia käytössä.

Kiitos palautteestanne. Ymmärrämme, että tilanne on turhauttava, kun tuote ei tunnu vastaavan odotuksia eikä reklamaatiota hyväksytä.
Tarkastimme käytössä ehtineet olla palautetut kengät kahteen kertaan kahden eri työntekijän toimesta ja vertasimme niitä saman mallin sekä koon tuotteeseen. Tarkastuksissa ei havaittu poikkeamia, joiden perusteella tuotetta olisi voitu pitää virheellisenä.
Koska tuotteesta ei löytynyt todettavaa valmistusvirhettä eikä kyseisestä mallista ole tullut vastaavaa palautetta tavanomaista enempää, reklamaatiota ei valitettavasti voitu hyväksyä.
Arvostamme kuitenkin palautettanne, sillä se auttaa meitä seuraamaan tuotteiden laatua ja mahdollisia toistuvia ongelmia.

The delivery took over two weeks, and when the products finally arrived, half of the items were missing. In the end, I had to go shopping anyway to find equipment for my children. I won’t be ordering from here again in the future.

After reviewing your order, we can see that the delivery was completed within the estimated timeframe stated in your order confirmation (delivery times are calculated with full working days). The longer delivery time was due to an "On Demand" product in your order, which is first shipped from the brand's warehouse to ours before order is sent to the customer.
Unfortunately, we were informed by the supplier that the On Demand product in question were sold out before it could be dispatched. In addition, one item from our own warehouse was unexpectedly unavailable due to a stock discrepancy. While this is very rare, inventory errors can occasionally occur despite our efforts to keep stock levels accurate.
As soon as we became aware of the situation, we shipped the available items and sent you a separate email with a voucher code with the information so that you could choose an alternative product if desired.
We understand that this was frustrating, especially when you needed the items for your children, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

I had a case where football shoes broke down in the first session. I made a claim to customer service and had good photos attached. Soon I received a verdict that a full refund is due and I didn't have to go through the hazzle of packing and sending back the shoes. 10/10.

Ostin nike merkkiset nappikset (300€)…
Ostin nike merkkiset nappikset (300€) joihin on kahden vuoden takuu siltä varalta, että jos nappikset hajoaa sinusta riippumattomasta syystä. Mulla hajosi nämä kyseiset nappikset vuoden sisällä hyvin vähäisellä käytöllä. Nappulakengän pohjaan tuli halkeama ja on etunappula irtoamassa. Laitoin tästä sitten reklamaation johon vastattiin vain, että no kyllä ne nappikset kuluu käytössä. Mihin helvettiin tämä kahden vuoden takuu sitten on jos ei lupaus kestävyyteen tuoteessa? Tätäkin kysyin useempaan kertaa asiakaspalvelulta mutta kertaakaan en saanut vastausta vaan toistettiin vaan että ei voi mitää. Miksi sitten edes on takuu? Jos käyn ostamassa auton ja saan siihen 5v takuun moottoriin, että jos tulee vika niin on kaupan vastuulla, niin eihän sitten neljän vuoden jälkeen ku moottori leipoo ni kauppa voi vastata et joo harmi mut moottori kuluu autoa käyttäessä. Huono asiakas palvelu, sekä tuote lupaukset valheellisia.

Haluamme tarkentaa, että tuotteiden kahden vuoden takuu koskee valmistusvirheitä ja materiaalivikoja. Takuu ei valitettavasti kata käytössä syntyvää normaalia kulumista tai käyttöperäisiä vaurioita, vaikka ne ilmenisivät takuuaikana.
Jalkapallokengät ovat kulutustuote, johon kohdistuu käytössä väistämättä kulumaa. Tässä tapauksessa arvio tehtiin reklamaatio-osastomme asiantuntija-arvion perusteella, huomioiden myös se, että tilaus oli toimitettu jo vuonna 2024.
Kaikki reklamaatiot käsitellään aina tapauskohtaisesti vaurion laadun ja tuotteen kunnon perusteella.
