One of the employees was hard working and good ,second guy he don’t care about customer
One of the employees was in a hurry, after finishing the job he left me a terrible mess, he didn't even put the remains of the carpet in a bag, he left all the mess in the middle of the room. He took the door out of my room and when I asked him to put it back on, he quickly replied that now it wouldn't fit, and before the carpet was put on I had the same carpet put on and the door fit. He wanted to finish as quickly as possible, take the money for the job and leave. I had to call a neighbor to put the door on for me. This gentleman, who I am not happy with, had glasses, if that helps in assessing the employee. The job is done, but the mess that was left and the approach to the customer gives a lot to think about.

Professional service
Professional service. Had to change fitting date but all good. Very happy with fitter, friendly and exceptional service on his part and did a wonderful job on our new build property, all rooms and stairs, plus kitchen. Looks lovely. Would highly recommend.

My new bed came damaged still waiting for panels to come staff been helpfull but been waiting well over a month now won't buy another bed or furniture from there

The carpet fitters did a good job till…
The carpet fitters did a good job till they had to call for help however he did my lounge carpet I found a hole where they cut it with their Stanley knife so disappointed

Ash, one of the salesmen was brilliant. Took time with me to work out what type of carpet was the best for the room we needed it for and advised me very well.

Ordered flooring for the whole house
Ordered flooring for the whole house. The staff were very patient, helpful, knowledgeable & not at all pushy. Flooring all fitted on the agreed dates and they've done a fabulous job, very happy.

Sale of mattress
Sales assistant was very helpful with advice and such forth. When I made my decision on a bed, sales part was easy, delivery was easy and delivery driver was helpful as well. Very satisfied with the mattress I bought. All in all a good experience but then they always are good in there.

Salesman friendly and aren't on you as soon as you go into the store which is good they give you a bit of time to look around before they ask if you need any help with anything. We bought a mattress and are very pleased with it, good price and very comfortable.

Friendly staff
Friendly staff , who quickly answered my questions, were not pushy but extremely helpful. Helped in flooring selection, booking in of measure and the man who measured came on time , was very polite and helpful . Price given for flooring and agreed . I then called back into shop confirmed selection and paid . Brilliant service from start to finish . Booked in on day required. Definitely use again as I have done many times in the past.
