We have had all our carpets from the…
We have had all our carpets from the Chesterfield store. Sarah has always been lovely and helpful. She came out to measure up and discuss our requirements, and it was all done very quickly. As soon as the carpets arrived in store, I got a call to book the fitter in. Was very happy with every aspect of the service, carpet choices and fitting. Will always use them and recommend them in future

Brilliant end to end service
Brilliant end to end service, right from the in store advice and service received in the Chesterfield store to the fitting of the carpets in my house. Absolutely love the carpets purchased and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Very happy customer from the Chesterfield Store A++
We always go to United Carpets at Chesterfield because the service is fantastic. Daz and Sarah are always polite and assists us if we need anything.
Our recent visit was dealt by Lisa who again we could not fault. She helped us identify the previous flooring we purchased and in the end we decided to renew the 2 rooms instead.
The customer service is 2nd to none and I really would not go anywhere else. There is no hassle, just friendly, polite staff who are always willing to go that extra mile.
Thanks everyone at the Chesterfield Store :-)
