Awful manager
The manger has no customer service skills at all, I phoned to inform them that my stairs have cracked since having the carpet put down, he shrugged it off and said it was my fault! He was arguing with me down the phone too! Will not be using them again

Visited our local Chorley store to chose a new lounge carpet. Met with a friendly team of experts.
Carpet came with free fitting and a measuring service.
Expertly fitted in under an hour.
High quality carpet which has brightened up the room, extremely soft to walk on. Looking at other rooms to be done in the future.

Salesman was friendly & polite, we had a good look round, no pushy sales!, carpet was fitted within 2 days (they’d had a cancellation) , fitter was professional & friendly

The worst carpet fitters
The worst carpet fitters. Ruined my new home with bad workmanship. The owner at the Chorley branch is a rude and obnoxious man and refused to accept liability for the workmanship. Even now the carpet grippers have come all undone and I will officially put a complaint through.

Lovely carpets & first class service
Excellent advice and very happy with all the carpets and vinyl. Everything was done on time and I love my carpets. Slight issue with the beds but more from warehouse side with dirty mark on mattress and tears in headboards and a plain headboard when I ordered one with diamantés but rectified and now very happy. Overall an excellent experience and would definitely use again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service from start to Finnish. They phoned and came when they said. In a few hours they had removed old floor fittings and fitted new. Taking all wasted away. Cannot fault, would recommend

The quality of flooring is fantastic…
The quality of flooring is fantastic and the fitting itself was done to a very high standard. The only down fall was the fact the fitter did not wear overshoes and trailed dirt into my carpets, this was disappointing and my carpets are now filthy with ground in dirt

Disappointing…
Had our stairs carpeted and hall fitted with laminate. A couple of pieces of laminate started to lift slightly almost immediately after fitting so that phoned the shop to let them know. The fitter contacted me and asked me to send him pictures which I did, this was a couple of days before Christmas and I knew he was going away for 2 or 3 weeks as he'd told me when he fitted my floor so I said it wasn't urgent before Christmas, I expected he would make arrangements to come back after his holiday. Never heard from him again and its 8.5 weeks ago now. Very disappointing service.
