Very happy customer, would definitely recommend
The staff were not pushy and gave me space to browse the selection of beds. When I required assistance the staff were very helpful and knowledgable; they provided me with advice on the best mattress for my child and also advised me on the current offers and bed packages for myself so that I was getting the best value for money.
I was very happy with my experience and would recommend to others. I have also been back since to purchase a rug for my living room, and the young man was very helpful and kept getting the rugs down from the display for me to properly view on the floor. He didn't make me feel like I was being an inconvenience.

Item arrived on time, delivery guy unwrapped it and took it into bedroom. All good and bed is lovely and comfy. Good experience, would use company again

Unfortunately the roll end we purchased…
Unfortunately the roll end we purchased had the wrong measurements so did not fit. Having dragged it upstairs and unfolding before the mistake was noticed. We then had to fold it up and take it back. Was kind of shocked when you still charged us the £26 increase for the next carpet as it was your mistake not mine. Honestly thought you would have waived that amount for the inconvenience

Nice carpet just not great fitting
The fitting although at first sight looked ok it was not excellent. The carpit has come up a bit off the stairs and the door gripper was not attached ro the floor.

The assistant was very helpful in…advising on quality of carpets and which would arrive before Christmas
The assistant was very helpful in getting us a carpet fitted before Christmas after our disapointment after the flooring we had ordered couldn’t be fitted after the fitters advised it would only last 6 months due to our floor being unlevel and they advised we had carpet instead

Great place for carpets
How Nic they were in shop when we picked the carpet we wanted for stairs and living room they let you know when they are on the way the fitters were such lovely lads friendly when there was a problem with the carpet it was dealt with straight away they returned a few days later fitted the carpet I was impressed with there honesty plus they were very apologetic but it got sorted and dealt with professionalism would go back to united carpets if I wanted more carpets well done boys for fitting they were quick and it looks fabulous

Carpet is great.
Carpet is great.
Service was nearly a 5 star.
I visited the shop but was told the carpet I wanted was discontinued but to come back in two weeks to see the replacement, I did, to be told that it could be sourced elsewhere, which they did, fab!
The fitter was a misery, his apprentice (think that's who he was) was great. But the guy doing the fitting was grumpy, moaned and, if I'd let him, I'd have felt really awkward!
I didn't realise I had to remove the stair carpet but I offered to do it there and then but he growled not to.
Needs to work on his snarl, it's a bit off putting!
Anyway, fitting did a great job!
