Had the carpets laminate and Lino fitted first time wasn’t very satisfied one bit,also it had looked liked my grandchildren had run through the house and wiped their dirty hands all over the walls,so manager was phoned and inspected the workmanship and agreed that it wasn’t up to standard so he sent another fitter which did an outstanding job, the quality and choice and pricing was great

Bedroom carpet I purchased a bedroom carpet for my…
I purchased a bedroom carpet for my daughter. Was disappointed with the sales man who wanted to charge £200 for underlay and fitting on a £189 pound carpet that was advertised free fitting . Chose a different carpet which had everything included but was then charged £10 for glue! The fitters were great but we won’t be back.

Great customer service from initial…
Great customer service from initial enquiries, measuring up, purchasing and installation. Staff were very knowledgeable and able to advise on the best flooring type for my situation.
Following fitting I noticed a small issue and contacted the store. Shortly after the fitter was in touch to arrange a return visit where the issue was rectified quickly and to my satisfaction. Overall very happy with the store and the fitter who dealt with my purchase.

Really good service at the Kirkby branch, measured up for us booked that in to our convince. Good advice on underlay and what carpets they had to offer. The carpet fitter very good too nice and polite and did a great job . We love our new hallway and stairs carpet very good quality just what we was after . Thank you

Good buying experience but scrutinise the fitting
The purchase experience in-store was great. The initial fitting however was very poor and within a few hours the carpet had rolls in it. We called the store and had a second fitter visit a few days later and he was excellent, removing lots of the excess carpet and explaining what was wrong with the initial fit. Wasn't ideal as we had new furniture too but the second fitter was able to make the changes without too much hassle.
