Great company
Great company, very friendly, helpful and good prices and quality carpet! Fitter was very thorough and did a great job. Only thing is we had to take up carpets ourselves and dispose of ourselves. Guess this is normal these days due to the council charging for commercial waste. Highly recommend United.

two months and still no carpet.
We have been waiting over two months for our carpet, the only communication we have had from united carpets and beds is message asking for a review.

Love my new carpets
Great choice of carpets at good prices when there is a sale on. The customer service was great. But having to take up and dispose of the old carpet and remove all of the rubbish from the new one was something I could have done without and should be part of the service.

New runner carpet on our stairs
The customer service from choosing our carpet, through to having the carpet delivered and fitted. Was smooth on time and all staff throughout the process were very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend 👌🏽.
