The man who came to measure took time to explain why we needed what we needed to give me the best outcome. The fitters arrived on time, were professional, and did an excellent job.

My customer service experience at United Beds & Carpets in Mansfield has been exceptional. Simon listened to what I wanted and gave me me information and advice on the best carpet and underlay. I am loving my new carpet, thankyou! I would highly recommend buying your carpet from them.

Great purchasing , fitting not great
Great purchasing experience however since the fitting has been done it has since started to bubble. Called and said somebody would be out and they haven’t been, emailed and complained and no response. Not happy!

fitters was on time and did a good job didn't feel pressured when visiting the shop we needed carpets right through and they helped us with what underlay we needed

Great selection of carpets and prices.
Great selection of carpets. We chose one for our bedroom which we had just been refurbished. Carpet fitter was booked and came on time. Carpet fitted with no issues and we’re very happy with it.
Fitters were courteous and tidy in their work.
Had a number of carpets from United and always get a good deal.

United carpets
The sail person was very helpful and worked out how much flooring was needed.The fitter that did it with the cut out that was allowed for saved three boxes which they refunded me the full amount which they was not obliged.

I was initially happy with the showroom…
I was initially happy with the showroom experience, lots of choice and competitive prices, however when the carpets were fitted I was left with between three and four hundred pounds worth of carpet that was surplus,,,no one could ever convince me that with all of their years of experience they couldn't have measured up more accurately.Therefore in the end I couldn't help feeling that i was ripped off.
