Wrong carpet delivered and fitted
Wrong carpet delivered and fitted. Had to wait for carpet re-ordered. Manager suggested we might like to keep wrong carpet or choose a roll-end from store so they could get it refitted quicker - obviously to make things easier for them. Once correct carpet fitted, we never heard a word from store to check if we were happy. We will not be using them again.

Great prices for better quality
Great prices for better quality. Went to an independent and they were asking for double for a lesser product. No messing about had carpet measured ordered and fitted within a few weeks. Installers were also excellent no fuss and a well fitted carpet 👌would recommend

Carpets were delayed coming into store…
Carpets were delayed coming into store and we were due to move in with the removal men 3 days later so the guy let us choose a dearer carpet for the same price and organised fitters for the same night. Absolutely amazing service yet again. We have used the Mansfield store for most of our homes and a pub we had, never been disappointed or let down

Thank you Simon for your incredible service. Simon was really helpful in store, has lots of knowledge on flooring and listened to exactly what we wanted and found the perfect carpet for us as well as discussed hard flooring to which we will be returning for. His service was 5* throughout the process of getting the carpet booked in and done. Would definitely recommend speaking to Simon and will definitely be buying from you again. The carpet fitter was lovely, arrived on time did a brilliant job and professional. We love our new carpet, thank you to you both.

Brilliant service
We had Kenny visit us today after an incident resulting in our new Lino getting a slight rip in due to moving in.
He arrived with a smile and was punctual and very helpful, he cut out a piece of Lino and did and amazing job fixing it with off cuts we had from the original lay.
Kenny was very chatty and a kind bloke. 10/10 for service would highly recommend.

Didn't receive, was still waiting nearly a month no correspondence so I cancelled. This was for a mattress. Good with carpets though

The service in store was fine
The service in store was fine. Friendly helpful salesman who we’ve been served by many times. The carpet fitters seemed quite inexperienced. The top stair of the carpet appears to be fitted incorrectly but not bad enough for us to phone and complain but it is noticeable. The living room carpet is fitted fine but walls were marked when they carried it in. We specifically asked for afternoon fitting and they arrived before 9am so work plans had to be quickly changed. I’m not sure we will return
