Excellent Service
The staff at this branch couldn’t have been more helpful. We were on a time restriction and the carpet was ordered and arrived. On fitting a fault was discovered and the staff went out of their way to replace it and still get it fitted on time. Excellent service

Excellent service as always! Very friendly, helpful staff. Very happy with our carpet, fitters were in and out in about 30 min and was a very large room. Super job, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I gave a piece of flooring to match they still came with wrong stuff then next lot came it is slightly lighter but couldn’t be bothered complaining we just wanted it done

The first carpet was fitted by the…
The first carpet was fitted by the fitter and was only just big enough although measured by United carpets themselves.
The second carpet was brought and was well short for the room it was being fitted (again measured by themselves)
This meant that the fitting could t take place and the carpet need reordering which led to the furniture being put back in the room and then having to be removed for a second time along with having to arrange another appointment
