Started with great service at the shop But!!
Started with great service at the shop regarding our carpets. But no response after we left regarding a fitting date for kitchen and hallway floor. Leaving us no time before moving to get them done. Fitters very pleasant and did a good job. But left us with all there rubbish and different really make an effort to tidy there mess. Overall I wouldn't go back without shopping around first.

The carpet was of a reasonable price, the staff kept us informed of the payment process, the fitting team removed the old carpet, moved furniture and laid the new carpet on the day and time agreed. also at a fair price.
We would definitely recommend this company.

Jay was very polite, very hardworking, he gave my mum a great deal on carpets, we got two carpets, grippers, carpet spray and underlay for a very low price , definatly recommend , will be coming back again!

Told me it was free fitting
Told me it was free fitting, but then had to pay for Carpet to be fitted. It should be advertised more clearly rather than turning up on the Day and expecting to pay money that you think you’ve already paid.
