I took the classes years ago and started my business. I have returned for seconds and updates. We are in a world of changing technology and must change to GROW. UAC have grown and encourages growth.

The course content and the tutors are excellent. They are on top of everything.

Realizing Accounting from a different aspect helped me, and I am on a mission to help as many as I can to understand the value.

This is great information for benchmarking startup metrics. I appreciate finding your accounting education site, it is saving a lot of time getting a refresher in bookkeeping and advising. Easy to follow down-to-earth teaching techniques! Thank you, Roger!

I love the book and all of the courses that are available at a reasonable price to help those entering the tax and accounting industry. It's great for those who didn't necessarily go to college for it. The information is thorough and made simple enough to understand. You really go above and beyond what I've seen in other courses and education platforms Thank you for such a great company!

This is a decent firm but really scammy, but I recommend that everyone review their return policy as well as their instructions. Don't try to cling on their saying promising you'll finish the course in six weeks. You can work full-time and attend school. Or we give you free software and all of this junk. There are a lot of materials such as 4 huge books to read no live lessons with a deadline on top of trying to attend school and work. I lost $426, plus shipping costs for books that were not even open.

I love the information in the "In the Black" and the "Red to Black in 30 Days" books. They just gave me a revenue stream and will also be an excellent Lead Magnet for my Copywriting services.

I was looking forward to seeing an business plan you never delivered I was looking forward to seeing that business plan or having some type of sample to showing a upcoming Bookeeper on the know all of a business plan. you Have good a good sales pitch promoting on the company the that will help me get started. I am going to try them out and see how it goes.

Very interested in the CRM solution. First call I had in 2023 the guy promised to get back to me with some numbers to back-up the ROI but never did. Booked a follow-up call in 2024 with a new guy and he didn't turn up for the call. Not sure they really have a viable solution. Why make someone sit through a video pitch with bells and whistles if its all fluff?

Although I've already completed an income tax course similar to H&R Block's, or Liberty Tax ect..
I recently stumbled upon Universal Accounting. After speaking with someone named Matt, I requested a demo class. However, I was shocked to find that the video was outdated, showcasing Form 1040 from the year 2000. They're asking for $2500 but can't provide up-to-date material. It seems like a scam to me, especially after Matt hung up on me when I mentioned it to him.Stay away from this school search online find yourself another institution it shouldn't be more then $300

Right after enrolling, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2018, and they refused to cancel my tuition. I never logged into my account or read the books. I am currently in collections. Don't enroll here.

I have asked for a refund due to items missing in this over-priced product.

I have emailed them time and time again with no response after Jennifer C.'s reply offering an exchange (I don't want to do business with this company any more) and the owner's canned/automated reply to opening this trustpilot review.

I have complete screenshots of emails, etc. for anyone's review.

- I've emailed them and emailed them: No reply.
- I had previously explained that items were missing, with no resolution.
- They were VERY attentive during the sales/signup process.
- I've begged them to refund. Now that they have my money: No reply.
- I've explained that I'm a single parent with 2 kids and that I wanted to improve things for me and my kids: No reply.
- I've apologized if I was upset and spoke harshly: No reply
- I've begged for a refund, explaining that they took my rent money when they hammered my account for almost $800: No reply
- I've explained that I will have to start a gofund me campaign to avoid eviction: No reply

They are getting my emails because they replied AT FIRST.

I love the people at Universal Accounting. They are extremely responsive. Jen C. always answers the phone immediately. There is nothing she can't or won't do. The instructors all answer emails or phone calls also. I'm not going to lie. It is a bit expensive when you compare it to other programs. However, I'm finding you really do get what you pay for. It's not like a correspondence school where you get an administrative assistant trying to help you with accounting or with QuickBooks. In the past two years they have been striving to make so many improvements so this makes me very happy. Extensions for programs are not overpriced like other well-know distance learning establishments. All in all I would say it's an investment and I guess it truly is worth it.

I have been so very pleased with my experience with Universal Accounting. The training in Color Accounting was very informative and put Accounting into a much easier way to learn, I have completed the training and now am a Certified Professional Bookkeeper. That’s so exciting to say!!! The courses are extensive and I’m so glad I took this route instead of going to my local community college. With all the training I received in QuickBooks I am now a Certified QuickBooks Specialist and ready to take on world. The staff is there to help you along your journey and are all amazing people. Thank you Universal and I can’t wait to learn my soon.

I enjoy my Universal Accounting Class. It is very informative. I just wish I had more time to work on it.

The new organization of the website is done very well, very user friendly.

I knocked off one star after the video learning part was changed. All the breaks in between are more confusing. I’d rather watch an hour long video and stop if if I need to.

I’m currently enrolled, I really do like how the teaching goes step by step and the reviews and quizzes before you actually take the exam, and the great thing is that you have multiple chances to take the exam. One star short of 5 stars because I’m an in class kind of person, I struggle online.

I was accustomed to a College where the curriculum was good . The professor had no gotten to know anyone. Your Social Security number was posted with your grades . Universal has a coach for all of it’s courses and you truly develop a rapport that enables them to guard de you along the path you see for your Small Business. Ken Bostrom has been especially helpful because he listens and summarizes your discussions which enables you to put an ever-changing plan in action. I cannot emphasize enough what good comes from a five minute call to him is worth!

Adam Syvok is my day to day coach and his technical and Accounting knowledge is second to none . If you need organization and an online expert to run a totally remote business he is Hof man.

Clay Neves is kind and pragmatic. Jennifer my orientation counseled puts all in perspective and runs damage control if there should be any miscommunications. Roger Knecht truly levels the playing field; sometimes too much. I would like to see him apply a greater sens of auto o you since he teaches you what you are worth.

The live yearly events are terrific!

I hope I didn’t leave anyone out. All of University sal Accounting is super b. You simply cannot go wrong!
