The course is current and relevant. Response to questions are prompt either by phone or emails. I believe the coaches are knowledgeable and not to.mention Ken Brostrom. (I hope to be as knowledgeable like him with practice and reading)

My only regret is that I did not complete the course years ago when I started.
Jen is very customer oriented.

The course may seem like a lot but with payment plan its doable and worth it.

Terrible material. All the content are for paper taxes, on this day and age should be all online

I enjoyed the course and found it quite informative and educational.

I thought the videos were detailed and the teacher was very easy to listen to. I definately give a 5-star to the staff for responding to my questions so quickly. Anything I did not understand, I could get a clear answer. This program has given me the confidence to pursue bookkeeping as a career. Thank you

I signed up for courses on September 1. At the time I was on medication for pain and anxiety. I was in and out of doctors until February 16 when I finally had surgery. When I reached out to ask if I could have a refund on the courses, I was refused point blank. I am 65 years old, on a fixed income, and the refund is badly needed for me.

I like the fact that the school help students to built their own business and resources to do so also always already to help out whenever I ask...

A change in career for me is what prompted my registration with Universal Accounting Courses and I am taking many of them. Satisfied and looking for more.

This is the worst educational facility I had ever attended, with utterly outdated materials (well over a decade), resources, and videos! I will not every recommend or endorse this "school" to anyone for any of their programs!

I suggest you read all the fine print because there are details they will hide until you've signed the contract.
