Great site and service. My internal conservatory door broke I initially found a video on YouTube which showed how to take the internal lock out of the door. Once I found the broken part I realised that I couldn’t find a matching replacement. I emailed them a picture late one evening and the responded the first thing the next day with a helpful response advising that the part is obsolete with a recommended replacement and a video of how to fit it. I ordered and followed the video and it worked. Saved us the cost of a new door! Brilliant service thank you! Will use again and recommend to friends.

I wasn't sure which kind of door hinge replacement I needed, so I sent some photos to Alan and he was incredibly helpful! Not only did he identify the part, and show me a link to a replacement, he also offered lots of very helpful advice on how to install it correctly, and even offered to let me contact him if I had any trouble. Part was delivered very quickly. Amazing service, would definitely recommend Alan and this company.

Alan from UPVC Spares 4 Repairs worked hard to find a solution for our broken obsolete old handles on our conservatory. After a few days of e-mails & photo's came up with a new style replacement set. They were delivered in a couple of days and work perfectly.

Faultless. Fast delivery and (just as important) fast response to technical queries as I was installing it.

Following online purchase I have had no automatic email confirmation, I have had no comms at all from this company, I have checked my my email address and it is correct. I have now logged into my account to see that my order is on hold and still no one has tried to tell me. I paid extra for 24 hour delivery too as it is a urgently required order and so I emailed them and they have still not replied. Will speak to Visa tomorrow as I may have been scammed by this company. Will leave as many negative reviews as I can to warn others to on Amazon, Reevoo and other review sites.

UPDATE
I found 5 emails from UPVC spares 4 in my spam email folder (never happened to me before), and it turns out that the item is no longer available and so the only mistake was that it should not have been available for all to buy if not in stock and no longer available from supplier neither.

Will try now and change star rating as this is only fair, and hope to have my order refunded which i am sure they will.

I ordered a replacement locking window handle quoting number on my old one on thurs Pm received identicle handle the next morning post ,and this was with Free Postage you can’t get better than that great service from this company will use in future.

As I always do before buying I searched for a few companies for comparison. Upvc spares 4 repairs had the perfect fit for replacement hinges for my conservatory. I purchased 6 flag hinges for around £80 including delivery and fitted them myself. This was compared to the conservatory company quote of £180 to supply and fit. The hinges arrived quickly and very well packaged and look and feel better in quality then the weather damaged originals they replaced. I will update this review if any issues arise with the product in the next few years. Thoroughly recommended.
