Great service, honest price!

I had a really good experience with urban none of the usual chasin ive had witj other agents and always happy to help (both james and anita) would definately use them again

A great set up that works really easily. It's much cheaper than going to the traditional estate agent so if you are happy to organise and manage viewings this is definitely the way to go.
Would be five star with two small improvements - ability to rotate photos when uploading on to site and stopping enquiries more quickly once you have advised of the letting.

Urban were fantastic. I used them when renting out my house and they were very responsive, even sending tenancy agreements and making amendments over a bank holiday weekend! Entire process from advertisement, through tenant checks, agreement and key handover took 1 week!! I moved into a rental property and the landlord used another well known online agency and we had lots of problems with them so I certainly recommed Urban very highly.

So far, much better service than my old big name letting agent on the high street. Their communication is brilliant!

Simple process and always someone articulate and intelligent on the end of the line to answer queries.
Urban did everything they could promptly their end to get my tenants in within a week of viewing. I'd definitely use their service again and wholeheartedly recommend.

As long as you have the time to contact tenants and do viewings, this is a great alternative to the traditional estate agent. My advert went live within a few hours and interest in the property was healthy.
