Urban have been nothing other than helpful when assisting us with our property to let. Daniel, Olivia and other members of staff have always simply been a phone call away, seven days a week. You really could not fault the service, the Urban Professionals are patient, supportive, knowledgeable and even empathic when needed.
As clients, we found there was never a problem they could not assist us with, and we very much appreciate the after-service offered once the property is let. We have now advertised via Urban for two years and will definitely be requesting their service again when we next need tenants... Or before, if we come across any issues with our existing tenancy. Due to the care and experience offered by Urban, we expect very few issues to arise as everything is conducted to the highest of professional standards. This is the 2nd time I’ve used Urban.
Everyone I speak with is really helpful and goes the extra mile to sort out any problems.
They gave me advice whenever I needed it and were always professional and knowledgeable.
This time round my new tenants were very keen to move quickly . Olivia and the other staff put extra effort in to move things along as fast as possible.

Very good price, very honest and an easy experience. I had my apartment for sale with 2 different agents and they were terrible. I sold using Urban for £2,000 cheaper. The other online agents were poor in comparison.

Although it's not always clear from their website how things work, their staff are very helpful and guided us through the whole process. Generally very quick and efficient with only one short delay in sorting out a spelling mistake. I also like the modular service where you can pick just the bits you want. Would recommend to anyone else wanting to rent out their property.

Great service, friendly, knowledgable and intelligent staff who actually do what they say they are going to do straight away. Very speed, responsive service. Such a pleasant change from High Street estates agents. This the second rental property I’ve let through Urban and I will certainly use them again, next time I’m looking for new tenants.

I first used Urban back in 2013, when I sold my previous home. Online agents weren’t as prevalent then, but I liked what Urban offered, so I went with them, and sold quickly. Throughout the process I was supported by the people at Urban, which made the process easy.
This time, I knew I would sell through an online agent again, and I researched what was available. Yet again I returned to Urban. Their costs were low, they offered everything I needed including floor plan, professional photos, EPC, and full support. I wrote the details for the house, and it was published on all the usual house hunting websites such as Rightmove.
I received around 17 viewings in the first couple of weeks, resulting in 3 offers. Urban has been there the whole time with advice as required.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Urban. I wouldn’t use anyone else now.
