Extremely Caring

Well the urbanears customers service was the best i have ever experienced.They really do care about their customers.They do try their best to solve the problem and they dont't close the case until they get a proper answer.

1 is generous

1 is generous. Used a pair of Platten wireless headphones on 2 occasions and the fabric has disintegrated. Very lazy attitude from Urbanears over trying to rectify it. Avoid these guys and spend your money elsewhere.

Zero customer service!!

I lost my charging case for my urban boo tip earphones which have been great btw. Ordered a new case but ordered it for the other type of earphones that they do by accident so wanted to swap for the correct one so I to tried to return it. Had to fill out a form for someone to contact me? Still waiting after filling in 3 forms and I'm now probably by the return window as no one EVER responds! No customer service number to call either. Absolutely abysmal customer service i.e. NONE!!

They are terrible

They are terrible. Cheap but they break one way or another after a few uses. I've bought them 3 times, all 3 have had the same problems. Never buying them again and hope nobody else does.

I can’t believe they still sell these!!

I can’t believe they still sell these things. I spend at least 10 minutes turning them on and off and resetting just to get the left one to synch with the right one.They have never worked, since the day I got them. It’s a shame because they sound GREAT and look great and feel great. Why can’t you fix the syncing issue????

Great AngerTherapy

If u want to use 5 minutes with hassle everytine ure gonna use ur earphones then i really recommend Urban Ears Alby. Great use for practicing counting to 10 before exploding .

Urbanears Luma - sämsta köpet

Funkade bra första gången sen totalt kaos. Bara en sida fungerar, alternerar mellan v/h, man får göra fabriksåterställning 30 gånger (bokstavligen) varje gång man ska använda dom. Hoppar mellan 30 och 100% batteri när dom är fulladdade osv. Sämsta skiten ever! Man känner sig korkad och lurad.

I bought the Alby earbuds because they…

I bought the Alby earbuds because they had the option for smaller buds. The main issue is even though I have voice control disabled on my phone they call random people every time I put them in my ears. I’m now having an issue with pairing - only one ear will connect. I never leave bad reviews but these are exceptionally bad. Don’t appear to be available online anymore so can’t find how to complain.

These headphones perform incredibly…

These headphones perform incredibly poorly.
Mine often fall out of sync with each other and sometimes it takes MONTHS to sync them again. The customer support has one guide that I followed dozens of times, and their only solution is to send a new par - which falls out of sync again. So then you end up with two out of sync pairs.

Besides synching problems, the headphones touch controls are horrid. They simply don't work, or start stop/pausing music continuously and only stop after closing the app/tab where the sound comes from and starting again.

The fit is very poor as well, headphones have fallen out of my ears multiple times. Save yourself a lot of frustration and don't get them, there are better headphones for less money on the market.

Positivt överraskad…

Hörlurarna slutade plötsligt funka och efter kontakt med kundservice, där de efterfrågade mer detaljer om och bilder på lurarna, skapades ett garantiärende. Samma vecka fick jag ett nytt par hörlurar hemskickade.

Headphones great! Customer Service not so much

The headphones themselves? I love them! I've owned two pairs over the last 8 years (the first pair was second hand so they kind of broke down but the second pair I still have. I just wanted another color!). I love the product. They're great quality. The issue is with their customer service and company policy. My sister ordered a pair of headphones to my address for me, for. my birthday. My third pair! I got a notification that they were delivered on July 14th. Came home from work, and they weren't there. I live in NYC, and I assume that instead of being put in the mailbox, they were left outside. They were 100% stolen. I contacted Customer service. Got one response, I responded to it, and then I heard nothing for 6 days until I finally decided to do a chat support online. Now okay.. maybe I was a little rude. Definitely. I was kind of harsh because it sucks having your package stolen! But the CS lady was rude, she didn't help and then she said it was company policy to launch an investigation that could take 1-3 weeks and then after the investigation they will send a replacement.. or maybe they will locate the item and you'll get the package! Whatever. Sure patience is a virtue and all that, but it's super lame that they don't listen to you at all. No investigation needed. The package was stolen. Period. Maybe I sound like an entitled B but.. literally every company I have ever ordered from just sends a replacement. Unless they're a small starter up..whatever. That's different. Urbanears isn't a small starterup, they can afford to send over a replacement pair of headphones that my sister spent like $50 on. I just want to use the headphones I love and listen to music while on the subway, but no. I will wait the two weeks I guess, but they still get 2 stars in terms of consumer care.

urban ears are a total waste of life…

urban ears are a total waste of life and time. You spend a bit of extra cash on some 'well designed' products only to be disappointed later down the line. the right ear bud never works, I've wasted my time online etc trying to get it to work ITS VERY ANNOYING YOUR PRODUCTS SUCKS

Trist upplevelse

Trist upplevelse. Efter tre-fyra par Pampas (som gick sönder pga otroligt vek plast i konstruktionen) fick jag ett par Luma. Trist ljudkvalitet på dem och de stänger av det man lyssnar på hela tiden.

Pire expérience

Pire expérience ! J'ai acheté une 1ère paire d'écouteurs (Modèle Stadion) chez eux qui a cessé de fonctionner au bout de 4 semaines.
J'ai demandé l'envoi d'un nouveau modèle mais il n'était plus produit donc m'ont envoyé le modèle Alby. En parallèle j'avais racheté des écouteurs Stadion qui étaient bien adaptés à la pratique sportive.

J'ai donc reçu les écouteurs Stadion et Alby en même temps... et les 2 ont lâchés au bout de 4 et 5 semaines d'utilisation.

Qualité absolument catastrophique !

I love Urban Ears, they are the only ear buds that stay in my ears

I have been using urban ears for many years, with the Stadion being my absolute favourite. They fit my ears very well and I love the stretchy band around the neck so they fit comfortably and perfectly. I find the battery stays charged for many hours which allows me to just grab and go with them. I love the button ability the Stadion has because I can change songs, answer calls and change the volume with the buttons on the back. I recently bought another pair off of Amazon because I wanted a new colorful set. I noticed they no longer sell them on their website which is a shame, I really hope they haven't discontinued this product as I have such a difficult time finding ear pods that stay in my ear, so many styles fall or pop out with any sort of mouth movement.

2 pair of Urbanears - both faulty

I have had two pairs of Urbanears Jakan earphones purchased through HMV. They looked nice and to be high quality, but neither pair following charging would switch on, let alone pair to phone. I spoke to Urbanears via their web chat function which was convenient and quick. Both operators were polite and knowledgeable, but ultimately declared the earphones as faulty and advised return to seller. I decided not to make a third attempt.

Terrible Experience

I ordered two ear pods, only one arrived. After over a week of pointless emails I still haven’t been refunded or sent a new pair. Every email I send isn’t responded to for days. No phone number. I’ve advised my friends to avoid this company and I’m looking to escalate the matter to get my money back.

Terrible product

Terrible product. Every time I take them out the case, I have to perform a factory reset in order to make them both work. They never seem to pair automatically and the touch response is poor. They also stink of chemicals. I’ve had better earphone experiences with an £18 pair off Amazon
