The product advert said these headphones had 15h of battery life, and yet I have to charge them every 6h or else they die randomly. On top of that, a small touch can trigger a phone call or other "feature", which makes using these in bed almost impossible, especially if lying on the side when touching a pillow.

I guess I shouldn't have expected anything better for the selling price. A huge shame, as I bought these primarily for travel and sleeping, and for those they seem fairly useless.

Köpte ett par Urbanears Luma och det är den sämsta teknikupplevelsen jag någonsin haft!!!! Det tar minst 10 minuter att koppla dom till mobilen innan varje användning då man måste återställa dom hundra gånger.
Dom startar och stoppar musiken som dom vill och startar siri/bixby hela tiden.

Købet et pampas headset for halvandet år siden, fantastisk komfort og god lyd. Dog gik det i stykker i plastikken da jeg har haft det af og på hver dag siden jeg fik det. Skrev til urbanears og har lige få tilsendt et helt nyt par gratis. Synes deres kundeservices var over alt forventning :)

The only pro to these urbanears alby earplugs... is they look cool.

The cons.
They have an overwhelming smell of chemicals/ plastic which you can smell when they are in your ears.
I contacted them about this and apparently thats normal with their products...

They are next to useless if you want to hold a phone call, if i get a phone call i have to disconnect the earplugs then take the call.

Ontop of all of this, the earbuds will only work 6 out of 10 times. The rest of the time only one connects, or they are out of sync.

Bad product. Its a shame because their marketing was on point, the earbuds look cool also. But thats where the good points stop.

I had my pair of original Plattan headphones for 4 years with several thousands of hours of use before they finally needed replacing.
When it came time to replace them I bought the new model, Plattan 2 which were still very reasonably priced and of the same level of quality as the original
When I had an issue with my new headphones after only owning them for a few months I was shipped a replacement pair after only a brief email exchange
When it comes time to replace this pair I fully intend to buy from urbanears again

The other day I was wearing their Luma earbuds while lying down on the sofa. When I rolled on my side, because one of the earbuds was touching the surface of the sofa, they called someone, I wasn't even speaking, but a call went through anyway.

It makes no sense, because I have turned off voice control completely on my iPhone, yet the earbuds still activate it.

I contacted their help service and they basically said I need to practice using them more!

To me this is just bad design. I shouldn't have to worry about randomly calling people in the middle of the night when wearing their earbuds.

The whole reason I wanted earbuds was so I could listen to things and fall asleep, but so far they've managed to make 4 random calls to people.

This is also an iPhone fault, and there doesn't seem to be any solution for it.

I have had this product for 3 years and they have completely disintegrated and look terrible now.

I purchased a bluetooth speaker Ralis and used in my bedroom for less than 4 months it has died completely. I then emailed their customer service on 27/12/2020 and was advised to provided them with my address & receipt & serial number but I have not heard from them at all.
There is no after sale service. Be careful in buying this!

Beställde ett par jakan hörlurar men dom var trasiga vid leverans så hörde av mig till supporten och då vart jag tvungen att skicka in en del information och de är väl inte så jobbigt kanske men tycker inte de är direkt smidigt, vanligtvis när man beställer nåt från ett företag så brukar dom skicka ut en retursedel och sen får man ett par nya och av vad jag har läst så är jag inte den ända som har råkat ut för detta.
Skrev dessutom en recension på deras sida men den tog dom tydligen bort, var väl ingen bra reklam för dom antar jag.
Rekommenderar verkligen inte detta företag.

I own their baggen speaker. Works so bad, impossible to install and when I finally made it it was really bad sound through the wifi-function. Don’t buy anything from Urban Ears, it is totally crap and will only give you problem. I used to own their headphone plattan, that was also crap, after a while it couldn’t connect anymore. I guess this is china crap non quality products but you still pay quite much for poor quality

It is a bad product. Sound, no noise-canceling

They are good. But they sometimes pause my music for some wierd reason. And it makes me mad

Fandt et par ørepuder, da de andre gik i stykker pga træning. Jeg tog så fejl og fik de forkerte og min slags findes ikke mere. Men så købte jeg bare nogle nye on-ear hovedtelefoner da lyden er rigtig god.
Forløbet på online shoppen var problemfrit, de kom få dage efter med FedEx.

I bought these about two years ago (November 2018) and I doubt I'll need to get another pair of wireless headphones anytime soon. They sound fantastic with powerful bass and clear mid and treble tones, and even after two years, with daily use I still only need to recharge them about once a week.

My next pair of wireless headphones will also be from Urbanears, although I'm in no hurry to replace my Plattan 2 headset.

Great experience with the customer service from urban ears!

I bought my headphones at urban ears about 4 years ago. Unfortunately my ear cushions were slowly getting worse and therefore I wanted to buy new ones. However ear cushions for my model headphones weren't available anymore. So I send the customer service an email and they were happy to help me! They send new ear cushion to me free of charge! I'm very happy with the service and also with my renewed headphones!!!

I was looking for some headphones like the ones from Urbanears for a while and I was so excited to see them available for such a reasonable price. I bought them right away and I've been using them for 3-4months now and so far the experience is great. Shipping was fast, unboxing experience was great (amazing design), and the functions easy to learn.
Great job Urbanears!

Beställde Jackan hörlurar på rean men fick hem dem och öronsnäckan var alldeles för stora och oergonomiska trots att det står att de ska vara ergonomiska. Höll inte alls plats i öronen, samt kunde inte koppla till Bluetooth trots flera försöka. Mailservicen är urusel, tog dagar att få ett mail och fick maila tillbaka tre-fyra gånger innan nästa svar. Och då ska jag betala både returen samt 15% av priset pga att jag öppnat upp hörlurarna, TROTS att det är fel på dem. Aldrig mer.

They don’t have a product that works.

You buy a faulty product and then they won’t take them back.

If you like being scammed, then this is the company you are looking for.

After buying the new Luma wireless earphones, I left an honest review on their website (because I was slightly disappointed with them), only to find out a day later that they had taken the review down. Seems like they only show what they want you to see, which is not the level of transparency I want as a consumer! So, in case you're interested, here's the original review... 😏

It's the small things!
Was super excited to get these but so far, I'm a little disappointed! They have such a great style but if the small things worked better, they'd be amazing. It's a shame that these small things are pretty integral to how they work!

They're not comfortable for people on the other end of a call, they pick up SO much wind even when it's not so windy. And if you use your phone while on a call, or they have their own wireless earphones in, there's a horrible echo for the other person.

The touch controls need improving - they're either not sensitive enough (don't respond to the finger tap) or TOO sensitive (they will stop/start when you just hold them in your fingers). My podcast queue is ruined by all the skipped tracks 😱

I purchased blue tooth headphones from Argos. Rather than 6 seconds to pair takes 25 seconds. The usb cable I had to use pliers to remove. I contacted the company ‘Emma’ for support and they told me to purchase a new cable rather than them replace. No customer service took days to reply.
