From their chat function on the website to e-mails with them, they were always kind, professional, helpful, and quick to respond. I didn't feel like I was a number for them, I felt like a person they cared about. They (and especially Sophie) went above and beyond to help me with an exchange. I needed some fabulous vegan leather boots in a short amount of time for a celeb shoot. The shop reached out and it wasn't looking like they would arrive on time. I told the shop not to worry about rush shipping my order, but somehow this wonderful shop prioritized my order and got the boots to California just in time from Poland!! The boots are beautiful and I'm so thankful for this slow and ethical shop <3 thank you!

Looking for a crop top, I found the webshop Urbankissed. I've been buying fair fashion since 2014 but hadn't heard of this shop before. I'm glad that I found it.
I ordered a white top in size S, which was delivered in a few days. When it turned out to be a bit too small, I returned it for a size M, which arrived within a week after sending back the size S.
The communication with Sophie was quick, friendly and helpful.
I can recommend Urbankissed to all fashion lovers who want to feel good in clothes made by other people who have a good life too.

However, I texted through the chat box if there is any way of getting the size I wanted and the customer service absolutely delivered! It was my first time buying from Urbankissed and I was a little worried about the sizing and how long it would take to get my package, but neither were a problem!
