Purchased usn complete protein lovely taste but when Purchased the tub was half full either put more protein in the tubs or make your tubs smaller due to plastic waste its absolutely ridiculous the wast of plastic

twice in a row i received an usn order from Amazon, supposedly polder, well it’s hard rock solid, in transit, the ROCK been rubbing the soft plastic container and you can see the scratch inside de container. dangerous for.your health !
And it supposed to be good for you !
Not with plastic!!! 🤔

I used usn anabolic powder most of last year with good results,then changed to phd whey powder ,until 2 weeks ago due to price,saw a good deal at holland +barrett on usn so purchased 2 tubs.After 5 days of use i started to suffer acid reflux ,bloating ,constant nauseous and heart burn.So stopped using usn,5 days later all symtons have gone.I did notice it tasted different also.Will return unopened tub back tomorrow for refund,i will not be buying this product again!!!

I am a long time user of one of USN sports nutrition's flagship products (for Hardcore Body Builders) which is called Anabolic Muscle Fuel Protein Powder.
I recently had an issue with this product which I bought from Amazon:- (Amazon did NOTHING about my complaint - and in fact they even rejected my resultant One Star Negative customer-review.
So, I emailed the USN manufacturers DIRECTLY to complain that I had received a possibly fake or counterfeit tub of their protein powder from Amazon
AND THEIR RESPONSE WAS AMAZING! They were instantly concerned and apologetic and sent me TWO (FREE) 4KG Tubs of the protein powder (normally priced at £70 each) directly to my home address by express delivery (also at no charge) and I was truly bowled over by their generosity and Goodwill, and the promptness with which they resolved my issue!
I will continue to use their products for all of my future needs, with the loyalty and gratitude that they genuinely deserve, in my own personal opinion!!
I would definitely rate USN as a very caring and ethical company to buy your health and fitness products from!
(I see there are a few one star reviews here from customers who have bought their products from outlets such as Holland and Barrett). I would say it's a waste of time to complain to third party vendors about USN's products, because your complaint won't be resolved satisfactorily or quickly with these third-party sellers.
What you need to do instead is to do as I have done, and to contact the manufacturers at USN directly, if you have any complaints or issues with the quality of their products (which are usually excellent, by the way), and they will respond very quickly and with very real and genuine concern!
I cannot speak of them highly enough! They are one of the most ethical companies I have ever had any dealings with, and I can testify that they really CARE about their customers!

Pathetic taste, just bought a Vanilla flavor whey from Holland and Barrett today and the taste makes me vomit. The sad part is I cannot return it either as it's used. Will go back to ON again.

Delivered damaged protein shake bottles then didn’t offer an exchange refund despite emailing multiple times.
Horrible service

I've bought their product called Diet Fuel Vegan Meal Replacement Shake whose packaging says that 1 dose (55g) is equal to 2 scoops. However, the very scoop they provide shows a mark of ~55 at its hight level. I emailed them and a company nutritionist answered that the mark on the scoop refers to cc (cubic centimetres) and 2 scoops of 55cc are needed to achieve 55g of the powder. That was so strange for me and I decided to buy a scale to end the doubt. My results: 2 scoops of their product have 68g (disregarding the mass of the scoop itself) and not 55g as they and their product inform, in other words, 23% more. I don't know you but in my experience with sports, nutritionists, weight loss and supplements, an ingestion of 23% above the indicated dose is something unthinkable. Just to cite an example, what do you think will happen if you take 23% more hyper caloric than indicated by your nutritionist according to your training load? It's disturbing to find out that a company that manufactures supplements treat the subject with this level of inaccuracy. Does the nutritional information on their products also have the same level of error? I'm sorry but I can't trust a company like that.

I’m giving 1 star due to collaboration on Amazon with a criminal Patryk Baranski, who scams clients on copy paste plans also had hearing regarding insulting of President of Poland

Iv been using usn anabolic muscle fuel for 1 weeks now, as I am wanting to gain muscle and put weight on, iv put half a stone on also half a inch on my arms from training, I would 100% recommend this product to anyone for gains, i really struggle to put weight on but I can see a big improvement in such a sort space off time

While I was eating my protein bar my eye caught something, it looked like a "plastic wire " so I tried to remove it. Turns out it was stuck inside the bar. And next to it was sticking another little plastic wire thing... Like what the actual.

USN Ultralean Diet Fuel (vanilla): very good product, used for several years as part of, and complementary to, a vegetarian diet as well as sports. The flavour is good, the powder mixes easily. No problem with digestion. Sometime combined with an apple and/or carrot, celery, etc. in a blender to make a thicker shake/drink.
When I am more active and exercise regularly in a gym I also use USN All-in-One Muscle Fuel Anabolic, same qualities as above. I have tried the chocolate flavour which is good too, but prefer the less intense vanilla which combines well with other ingredients.
Both products do exactly what they are supposed to do. They are expensive (hence 4 stars) but can be found competitively priced online and elsewhere.

Im not a fan of powders but I thought I’d give sun pre-made drinks a go well they have an dreadful taste and to make things worse there was loops in them never have I ever had such a terrible drink yuck 🤢

Brilliant Products and reasonably priced, get alot of USN products from home bargains , chuffed when we have all our supplements in.

I think the ingredienta in Isolean Diet are very low quality and not what it says on the package, as after i take it make me fell bloated and nausea, no wonder is so cheap.

I have no idea what all the previous negative comments are about given that I ordered five tubs of Pure GF-1 Protein (one of the best protein supplements I have used in over 20 years) on Monday morning and my delivery arrived on Tuesday afternoon. I even got a follow up courtesy call asking if I was satisfied with my order from the customer service team. USN is one of the world leading nutrition companies, for someone to say that their website is a scam or illegitimate is just ridiculous and very misleading indeed, and as for the people who complain about how USN should use smaller tubs for their products, this falls into the category of having nothing better to do than moan for the sake of it. Brilliant product, brilliant service, use the USN products and website with confidence.

Bought a tub of their 2kg All In One Mass Gainer and the tub was half empty?

I've used other powders before and I know they're never full but to be half empty is appalling. It's a huge con, the weight of the tub is going to be almost half the weight of those 2kg, and considering we're supposed to be moving towards being eco friendly it's a HUGE waste of plastic.

I got a tub of USN creatine. When I opened it, less than half the tub was powder, if I’d known I’d never of bought it. I wasn’t expecting the tub to be full but less than half?
If that’s the case, put it in a smaller tub... this is my first purchase of usn, and will be my last

Ordered Diet Fuel, the stuff will make you feel lightheaded and nauseous all day. It is NOT a meal replacement, and has ZERO nutritional value.

Avoid it the company and the product.
