Ordered £55 worth of shakes to drink with next day delivery...received everything 2 weeks later...and the use-before date is about to expire.

Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Placed an order 13 days ago paid for next day delivery and have still not received the items. Whenever i call i get told they need to speak to the warehouse and they will call me back, do i get a call back? No..

Awful, ordered on a Tuesday, for next day.

No item arrived for a week, emailed them and told me the item has not been dispatched due to stock take, and the order never went through.

Avoid. Customer service and fulfilment issues clearly. With so much competition out there for supplements, you think they would have it all ironed out, I guess not.

Didn't even want to give it a one star absolute waste of money order 1kg one mouths worth and it lasted a week absolutel terrible

disgraceful customer service! Actually, there is not customer service at this company. Products over priced and not reliable at all. Stay away from this brand!

Terrible Customer Service!
Their customer service were rude, impolite, could not string a sentence together and refused to be of any help or assistance after I fell ill on one of their Diet Fuel products which was clearly off from the taste and smell. I only went through half a glass before realizing this. After getting nowhere with their support, I had to discard the tub in the end. Also to clarify, I was very polite when contacting them to explain the situation but I am appalled at their disgusting service and will never buy a USN product again. If you ever have an issue with a product of theirs, you will struggle to get any help from them!

Thought i would give these guys a chance. 8 days since i ordered my protein, was advised firstly that they ran out of stock of the double chocolate (after 2 days of ordering), so i chose the Strawberry. 5 days later i was advised again that this was out of stock, and without giving me another option, they decided to cancel the order and refund me. Still no refund, prompted twice, no reply via email.
Terrible service, i have gone back to my usual trusted brand.

They delivered only half of my order.....then apparently sent out the rest. AGAIN they didn't send it all..They said the rest would arrive today and no sign of it...

Emailed and got an 'out of office/on holiday response'. Emailed again - no reply.
Phoned and they didn't seem bothered at all..
Tweeted and had a reply straight away promising to help - which led to nothing.

How many times will they tell me it's 'in the post?'

If it does not arrive tomorrow I am getting a refund and never using this company again.
