After sales is very poor
Overall, this was a disappointing experience, mainly due to the poor aftersales service.
During the purchase process, nothing seemed too much trouble. I raised a couple of issues with the vehicle and was assured they would be resolved without any problem. Based on those assurances, I went ahead with the purchase.
A few days later, after having to chase for an update myself, I received a call regarding the agreed repairs. I was offered a single appointment date which I could not attend because I was working away at the time. I asked whether there were any alternative dates available and was very flexible in trying to find a solution that would work for everyone. Unfortunately, I was effectively given a "take it or leave it" option, with no willingness to accommodate an alternative appointment.
What frustrated me most was that the salesperson, the same person who had initially assured me that the issues would be sorted without any difficulty, seemed unwilling to help and took a dismissive approach when I requested alternative arrangements. It got to the point where I had to email the company and remind them of their legal obligations before an alternative appointment was finally offered.
When the appointment eventually arrived, it had been double-booked, leaving me waiting around while staff tried to work out why I was there. The issues were ultimately dealt with, but the process involved an unnecessary amount of hassle and poor communication.
While i am happy with the vehicle, the aftersales service fell well below expectations and left me with a disappointing overall impression of the dealership.

Sharp paractices & dangerous cracked tyres
Paid a deposit of £99 to reserve car at Worksop
Arranged to view and collect car 2 days later on arrival we viewed & test drove car very good
Went into the showroom to complete purchase then salesman tried to sell a package of over 1500 on top of advertised price which we did not want , he & salesmanager didn’t like but came back with another 179 they wanted us to pay ! For a 3 months warranty which you get by law , so I informed salesman & salesman manager that we will pay the advertised price or leave with our 99 deposit & not purchase
Then salesmanger said she would do a special offer for that day & sell us the car for the ADVERTISED price
How generous . After being told the car had been inspected by AA i later found the rear tyre to be cracked (since replaced at my own cost ) and told that it had an mot & was legal even though it was advised on previous MOT , which I saw after on mot cert once purchased , BEWARE OF SHARP PRACTICES

Advisories are recorded by the MOT tester to highlight an item that may need monitoring or attention in the future, but the vehicle can still legally pass its MOT if the item remains within the required legal limits at the time of testing.
With regard to the additional products mentioned in your review, these are optional and are not a condition of purchasing a vehicle. Our sales teams are expected to explain the products available, but we do not want customers to feel pressured into purchasing anything they do not require.
We’re sorry that you left feeling dissatisfied and would welcome the opportunity to investigate the specific vehicle and concerns you have raised.

It was good but took a long time to sort out and iv just found out my car tax for the car I trained in was not cancelled and I didn’t know they have all the paperwork about the other car FE16 OAP.

Sensible and reasonable sale.
The sale was made after discussion about various options for warranty and protection. Kelton and Ryan listened to my responses and came up with options to make the deal manageable for me and more attractive for them. Having agreed the sale I was taken through the handover with Mia who explained each stage and ensured that everything had been completed correctly before I took ownership of the vehicle.

Myself and my wife were very pleased with how we were treated by all the staff. We were first dealt with by Abbie and then Tiea. They were both very happy and helpful with any of our questions. The staff were very nice and friendly
The staff were very nice and friendly. There were issues with expectations not met that were discussed with staff over the phone. My biggest bug bear was that we bought a car and paid in full and the staff knew we travelled over 1 hour to get there and the tank was completely empty. So I drive it away and within less than a mile I was panicking trying to google the nearest petrol station as the indicator was beeping. I don’t think a a quarter tank of fuel is too
Much to ask when you’ve just handed over £12000. Dropped the ball there on customer care.

With regard to the fuel level, we don’t provide fuel as part of a vehicle purchase. However, all of our sites are located close to petrol stations and rapid charging facilities, and you should have been advised of the nearest options when collecting your vehicle. That said, we would never intentionally leave a customer without sufficient fuel to reach the nearest facility.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. Your feedback is important and helps us continually improve the service we provide.

5* Service, fantastic team ⭐️
We were first welcomed by Ryan who was a lovely bloke. Very welcoming and accommodating, he offered us a drink and brought it to us. He made conversation about tattoos as we both have similar themes. We were then passed onto Jess from sales. Jess was also lovely, she ensured that she answered every question we asked and took us to the car to have a look around before we made the deal as we had already been on the Monday and completed the test drive. After we purchased the car we was handed over to Mia to complete the handover of the car. Mia was fantastic she is such an enthusiastic person. She had us laughing and made the whole situation rememberable. She also ensured that we knew all information and answered any further questions we had. I’d also like to mention the manager Wes, he was accommodating and sorted a few bits out on the car very quickly to make the service even better. These 4 people are a massive asset to the V12 team. Thank you guys!

The worst car buying experience you can…
The worst car buying experience you can have.
They sell you a car and pressure you in to all optional extras like warranty which you would think you can use and you would be wrong.
Purchased a car 3 months ago and the whole experience has been a joke within the first few days I had issues, which after chasing around they sent me to garage which then found another issue.
They didn't like the price so after chasing again another 3
weeks passed to go to a different garage which didn't rectify either issue so another 3weeks later I took it back again with another issue 4 now in total without rectifying anything.
Absolute joke of a company do not use these cowboys.
