Quality items, true to size and speedy postage. The scrunch fit is so flattering and the padding in the sports bra is subtle yet effective, especially for those of petite build. I will definitely be ordering more of these sets.

Extremely disappointed do not recommend
Extremely disappointed.v3 aparrel filled in paperwork incorrectly on their side which resulted in me being charged extra customs(despite site says no customs). They requested me to refuse the parcel and said will resend my order. It’s been well over 16 days now and I’m still waiting. Customer service is very bad and not helpful. Extremely disappointed. Still no leggings.
Really disappointed and frustrated
Really disappointed and frustrated. I ordered some workout leggings which were unsuitable as were see-through. I returned them as per instructions having to go through the humiliation of taking the 3 required photos to prove why I wanted to returned them. I received confirmation fairly quickly that they'd been received but then had to wait for them to be 'inspected'. There was one more correspondence from them saying they would chase, and now nothing. My emails go unanswered. A rogue company in my opinion. Selling items not fit for purpose and then ghosting me for trying to obtain a refund. I have been waiting around 6 weeks now * Edit* I have finally received my refund. It's taken 2 months. I am frustrated having to have waited so long as I did everything right MY end!
Awful customer service
Awful customer service! I ordered something 16 business days ago and their website says 3-5 business days delivery! I emailed many times just for someone to come back and say it's with the delivery company but they said they don't have it! Had to dispute the amount to get my money back cause their support team is so slow and unhelpful.

Stay well away from this company avoid at all costs they have a way of scamming people. The products don’t arrive for over a month and then not all is sent and then they don’t refund. This company needs to be stopped. They rarely respond even after sending proof of delivery of items are sent back.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. I have returned a few items unworn with tags in the return bags the company provided with.I have not received my money and no explanation for why the refund is not given. I had given the Royal Mail tracking number which confirmed the items had been delivered. I had sent them multiple emails asking for my money and the reason for the delay in my payment but no reply till date.The worst experience ever from an online retailer.

One of the worst retail experiences I have ever had
I placed my order in November and assumed I had been scammed as it never arrived and customer service stopped replying. I placed a chargeback with the bank and got a refund but then two months later my items arrived. I returned them and then the chargeback was cancelled. My return has not been processed in almost a month and I am currently £90 out of pocket despite asking for multiple confirmations that my return had been received. I know it has been received because I used a tracked service. I will never use this company again.

Sadly can't give 0 stars. Returned items as didn't fit. They are pretending they haven't received them and won't issue a refund so that's £50 down the drain

It is with great exasperation that I find myself compelled to address the ongoing debacle surrounding my order #2320747.
Let me provide you with a succinct recap of the torturous journey I have been subjected to:
November 26, 2023: I placed Order #2320747, filled with eager anticipation for the arrival of my garments.
December 4, 2023: I received notification of dispatch, igniting hopes for the imminent receipt of my order.
December 11, 2023: My patience waning, I submitted an inquiry to your Help Centre (Ticket #18539), seeking clarity on the whereabouts of my order.
December 12, 2023: I was met with the disheartening news from Amy at V3, confirming that Royal Mail had apparently misplaced my package.
December 16, 2023: Despite my persistent attempts to seek resolution, your team's response was nothing short of dismissive, with vague intimations of ticket closure.
December 19 and 23, 2023: My pleas for assistance were met with silence, further exacerbating my frustration.
December 27, 2023: Frustrated beyond measure, I was compelled to create a new support ticket (Ref: 18961), desperately seeking an iota of clarity amidst the chaos.
And the saga continues...
Fast forward to January 22, 2024: After weeks of anguish and fruitless communication, I finally managed to initiate a return request (RMA# Y50BOUQJ) for the items I did receive, albeit incomplete and tardily.
Now, here we are, on the precipice of March, and what do I have to show for it? A return successfully delivered to your premises on February 6, 2024, as confirmed by the tracking information (Tracking number: DS641608211GB), and yet, an eerie silence pervades.
It has been an excruciating sixteen working days since the return was delivered, and yet, there is no sign of the long-awaited refund. My patience has been stretched to its absolute limit, and I can no longer tolerate the flagrant disregard for customer satisfaction demonstrated by V3 Apparel.
I demand, in no uncertain terms, immediate action. Process the refund for all the items I purchased and have returned with notifications from Royal Mail accepting error of loss, without further delay, so I can sever all ties with your company and consign this nightmarish episode to the annals of history.

Same as all these reviews. No leggings after 3 weeks. Apparently evri have ‘lost’ them, this was a replacement pair from a pair my husband got me as a gift that ripped after 2 wears.

Upon further investigation, I discovered that V3 apparel has a history of fraudulent activities. It appears that they are manipulating online reviews to deceive potential customers. A simple Google search will reveal the true nature of this company, with numerous reports of people facing the same issue – payments taken, orders never fulfilled, and no response from customer service.
To make matters worse, they actively block individuals who try to share their negative experiences on social media, silencing any dissenting voices and perpetuating their dishonest practices.
Learn from my mistake and avoid this company at all costs. It's disheartening to see a company take advantage of unsuspecting customers, and I hope this warning prevents others from falling prey to their scams.
Remember, always research and read reviews before making any online purchases, and be cautious if a deal seems too good to be true. Let's collectively stand against such deceptive practices and protect the online community from unscrupulous businesses like V3 Apparel
No returns for international purchases
No returns for international purchases! Rubbish quality and poor fitment only option was store credit which I wouldn’t dream of using as more delivery charges and customs charges…… stick with Lululemon and proper brands
Great leggings, shocking customer service
The leggings are so comfy and fit so well but the company is a shambles!! So this review is based on the company, not the leggings and im afraid to say im very reluctant to order again. My partner ordered some items for a christmas present and came 2 months late. Items finally arrived but the items we recieved are not what we ordered. We ordered a pair of leggings and a gym bra but recieved 2 leggings, however funny thing is the items was ticked on the order confirmation. Emailed the company and got a response from Danielle all most straight away so given the benefit of the doubt. Was sent a free gym top to correct the errors. Then went to try the leggings on and 1 pair had a hole in. Emailed Danielle again and was very apologetic and this time was sent a gift card. So i ordered some more leggings with the gift card. I ordered 9th Feb, nearly 2 weeks on nothing to be seen! Countless emails sent to customer service and we now don't seem to be getting any where. All i want is what i ordered!! Would not recommend this company if you want quick deliveries and good customer service!! It's a shambles!! Would not recommend this company.
