The first pair of leggings i had from this company came quickly, i paid for tracked delivery, and were soft and looked great. I ordered another pair but instead chose the free delivery option. Its over a week, no sign of my delivery. No tracking information or updates other than the first email which takes you to Royal mail who are still awaiting the parcel, over a week later. I emailed, no response 3 days later. i tried contacting on instagram now so i'm hopeful. I'm thinking if i had paid for delivery then this might not have happened. I did however receive a "how would you rate your leggings" email.
The leggings are great, if you receive them. Trying to get a refund or delivery information but looking at the reviews i don't think i'm going to get very far.

As an update and possibly advice to anyone having issues i messaged on instagram and heard back within the hour! Rhiannon has re-sent my item and also given me a 20% off code to use for any future purchases which is a nice touch. She was also very apologetic. Maybe this is the best way to contact them.

I am very happy with my experience with customer service. They answered my emails and took my complaint seriously, the level of professional was high and I am extremely happy and satisfied with my product. I am buying again at V3 Apparel again! Thank you.

Fast delivery, really happy with the fit and quality of my v3 leggings. I was worried about getting a size medium but the length and waist fits perfectly and the shape is amazing!!

Amazing customer service!
I accidentally bought the wrong size and then wrote to their costumer service to see if they could change it.
They replied in 5 minutes and changed it right away.

I bought my first pair of leggings from V3 about three years ago now and they have been my all time favourite pair (and I own quite a lot!) very sadly they tore and I emailed the team to see when they would be getting restocked. It was such a lovely surprise when they sent me a gift voucher so that I could get myself another pair. Really wonderful customer service and great products!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I returned my parcel almost 2 months ago. I tracked it and it was signed for by the company the day after I returned it. Company are refusing to reply to me and has an email from Klarna saying company never received my parcel when they signed for it. Therefore they won’t be refunding me! I’ve seen so many reviews about this. Please avoid girls!! So many better gym wear brands xx

I am writing a new review, as my other pair of v3 apparel now also have broken. The other pair broke after around 20 uses, these hold up better (around 1 year) but now there is a hole in my butt. The scrunch on the other broke.
I wrote v3 when the other broke but they never replied so I don’t even bother trying now. They are good leggings, but it is 65 pounds out the window for me, since they break too easily.

Great quality clothing that fits nicely.

Had an issue over Christmas with the same items already being bought for presents and but it was immediately dealt with in January and money was refunded.

Will continue to use this company for the gym

Return isn’t free!!
I have returned via Hermes then ,Hermes told me “ we will return back to you your parcel as Wales Po Box isn’t on our route “
Great my parcel never reached me back… now company says it is my problem as “ we are not responsible for deliveries purchased and arranged by customers and cannot influence a delivery which we have not purchased. “

Such a shame now I lost my items plus I have to pay for the rest of the Klarna installment.

Excellent customer service and love all the clothes. V3 Apparel leggings are my favourite workout leggings. I had a small issue with an order and got in contact with customer service and a replacement was organised right away. Great communication. Highly appreciate and are impressed with the customer service help provided.

My order didnt make it to me for some reason and Blossom Green from V3 apparel sorted it out and sent me a replacement order.

Really great leggings, the define leggings really help my shape and make me feel more confident in myself. Really quick delivery and love the packaging!

I ordered a pair of tights but returned them right away. Wrote an email to them after a few weeks asking for my money and got told they would return my money within a couple of weeks. Since then, I have tried to contact them several times about returning my money, but they stopped answering. I have now tried to get my money for 3 months and still no answer or money... I will never recommend anyone to buy from them and I will for sure never buy anything from them again!

I just received my new empower seamless scrunch set and I am really disappointed. The sports bra is nice, and the leggings is so pretty on, but on the leggings one side there were holes in them and not acceptable at all. I reached out to costumer service, so I could get a new pair or the money back, but I haven’t got any help.

Update: 2 weeks after i have gotten help with my order. They send me new tights for free😅
