The worst customer service I’ve ever had, faulty goods sent images and emails but have no reply for over 2 weeks in regards to getting items replaced

I have several tights from V3 and they’re literally the best I own. One of them recently got a small whole in it even though it was brand new, but once I emailed customer service, they emailed me a new one. Super happy with the products AND the service! Highly recommend.

Do not buy from this website, got an outfit for my partner which she didn’t like so went through the process of waiting to get return details from company, item was returned and signed for by company but still no refund, emailed them for them to reply saying they haven’t received item, sent pictures of proof of postage & signature signed for return parcel to which now they haven’t replied, it’s a joke of a company who think it’s alright to keep peoples money after they have returned items, been over a month since item was returned had to report them to credit card company for fraud.

After an issue with my order, Amy was really helpful is arranging a replacement order to me straight away. Really happy with the service and the new leggings!!!

These leggings are wonderful, thicker and high waisted. I always struggle to find good quality leggings that 1. Fit all over 2. Aren't see through 3. Live upto a serious workout. You can tell the minute you pull them up your legs they are good quality!

I recently gave this company 1 star along with a review. I finally received my package after a long and very unsatisfying progress, where I, among other things, had major problems getting in touch with customer service. When I received my package I discovered that the company messed up my order. I tried reaching out to customer service to get a refund, since the product they sent, was cheaper than the one I paid for. After some time customer service answered me and asked for pictures of the wrong item. I sent this and haven’t heard from them since. It’s been two weeks now and I haven’t heard from them or received my refund.
This is by far the worst and most unsatisfying experience I’ve ever had with a company. The amount of trouble I’ve had and are having with getting in touch with customer service is so frustrating. I would never recommend this company to others and this is the last time I order something from them.

I have been shopping with v3 apparel the past few months and I absolutely can't recommend their leggings enough.
My last order got lost somehow and Amy in customer service was brilliant in getting me replacements ASAP.
Excellent service and excellent clothing.

Really great customer service. Loved my leggings but they turned faulty. They replaced them with no problem and quickly. Was not expecting that.

These gym leggings are without doubt THE best on the market.
Fantastic quality, squat proof, look like new after numerous washes and a brilliant price too.
I won't waste my money on any other brand now. V3 are undoubtedly the best by far

I had an issue with a damaged item and the V3 team responded within a day and immediately sent a replacement! They were also quick to respond when I had a missing item which was then also resolved. Couldn't recommend this brand enough and really lovely products that I keep coming back to.

I ordered a pair of leggings and my package never arrived. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new pair. really good customer service experience!
