This is the second time I have used Vala Health and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The website was really easy to navigate, there were a few appointment options available and it was clear what I needed to do to access the video call option once booked. The Doctor was warm and easy to talk to and was fantastic with my daughter who I booked the appointment for. They listened to my concerns and took this on board when recommending treatment. I came off the call feeling reassured, which feels especially important at the moment.

Brilliant. Really convenient and easy to you. I had a worry I wanted to address (difficult in these lock down times) and as someone with anxiety having to wait weeks for an appointment is very tough. This was a breath of fresh air.

Great service. Was worried about an injury and got a video appointment within 2 hours of signing up. I received good advice and was very happy with everything.
Will definitely use again as it was far, far better than visiting my local GP surgery, which is always running late.
I also loved that Vala Health was risk free as I didn't have to leave my house, as we're self isolating at the moment.

We were dealing with two small children one with a fever and the other with a suspected arm fracture - all during the Coronavirus lockdown. The expert medical practitioner at Vala health gave us advice via a video conversation - it felt like calm in the storm. The doctor listened carefully, was thorough and efficient and provided us with the advice we needed to take the right course of action. Thank you Vala.

Of course you always need a doctor on a Sunday evening when no other option than going to A&E is on offer. Thanks to Vala Health I found an alternative and got all the answers and medicine I needed from the doctor on the other side of my screen. A printed prescription later my husband got what I needed. I highly recommend this service.
