I ordered a complete set of official ink cartridges for my Brother printer. They were cheaper than anywhere else, dispatched quickly, safely packed and exactly as described.

Very helpful when I called up to check the status of my delivery, and delivery was pretty swift. Would buy ink here again!

Received 3 x HP302XL black ink cartridges. One of them did not work, so I emailed the company. No reply. I have emailed them 6 times now, and they do not bother replying. I will NEVER buy from them again.

Product was as requested. Reasonable price. Easy to use website and delivery was quick, bearing in mind it was over the Christmas period. Yes, I'd use them again.

Don’t bother been waiting two weeks for ink cartridges as I’m a business on eBay. And getting hassled to leave feedback. No tracking number at all. Disgusted.

This is the worst shop I have ever used for customer service. They never answer emails and delivery times seem to be at their whim (I'm still waiting for my ink and they overcharged me for delivery). I would NEVER use again.

Avoid this shop.Do not trust them.I ordered new Canon ink Cartridges they sent the wrong ones I phoned and was asked to post them back.I sent them back 1st Class costing £4.Waited to get the proper ink for my computer I am still waiting2 months later.I have constantly emailed them with no reply.It is nothing short of Theft of£38-57.I am now claiming from my Bank

There were issues with delivery. The customer service received was not very good, especially when charged shipment costs.

I would leave zero stars if I could.
Avoid like the plague, clearly scam merchants.
No receipt for my purchase of a Canon ink replacement, but pretty quick to take the money. When I followed up, the telephone kept being put down soon after it was answered.
Natch, no ink cartridge delivered.........

Tried hard to source the Ink Cartridges needed for our printer, we found them on ValueShop & were happy with the price, we purchased them & were delivered within a few days. They are still working great, we will definitely buy again 👍

Ordered a multipack of HP original XL cartridges, best price and arrived in good time, recommended.

Placed my order 25th April and emailed them on 4th May after hearing no update. I got a reply the same day and received it on 6th May.

Good prices, it seems, but be wary of dispatch delays and see what other reviews say.
