Awesome service from a reliable company. These guys transported my vehicle from Scottsdale to Chicago in less than three days. They were very friendly and made the entire car shipping process very easy. The driver was a true professional and I would highly recommend their services.

This was not the first time shipping my car, I have used at least 6 or 7 companies. From now on this will be the only one that I'll use, from the start Mike was very kind and explanatory.They couldn't use their own trucks,because they didn't have anybody in Vegas atm, so they outsourced with one of their trusted companies.
Driver was nice enough to pick up the vehicle after my working time and handled the car with care. There was a few hour delay on the drop-off , but the vehicle was delivered safely in Minneapolis.
In my opinion one of the best out there in terms of customer care and delivery times. Price-wise it was competitive and choosing them was one of my better decisions. I strongly recommend them.

This auto transport company shipped my vehicle from Naples to Milwaukee. I called around to get quotes from a lot of companies. They were not the cheapest, but they were also not the most expensive. Their prices were fair, especially for the services that they provide. I have used the services of other car shippers, and this is by far the best experience. They are very easy to get in contact with, and they actually answer the phone right away (no annoying hold times) My car arrived dirty, as I used open car shipping, but that is understandable since there was a major snow storm in Chicago. This company did a great job, and I would use them again for sure.

This review is primarily focused on Van 3 Auto. At the bottom, I'll talk briefly about my experiences with my carrier, Volk Transport.

Bobby was extremely nice and answered all my questions. When I had difficulty reaching my carrier about my assigned pickup date Bobby was on it immediately and he got back to me the same day with information to help me out. He was very friendly and I never felt uncomfortable talking to him. (I talked to another company before deciding to go with Van 3 and I felt very uncomfortable with them, which is why I ended up seeking out Van 3).

As stated above, I felt very cared for throughout the whole process leading up to having my car shipped.

My carrier was Volk Transport. I had some problems with Volk (mainly lack of communication and some missing parts on my vehicle when it arrived in Oregon). With that said, Bobby has assured me that Van 3 will not be using Volk again as a carrier. If, however, you find out your carrier is going to be Volk I suggest you request a change of carrier. Unfortunately, they were rude and difficult to deal with when I tried to inquire about why pieces of my car were missing.

As I said, this review is mainly about Van 3, which were great. And Bobby even offered to help resolve the issue between me and Volk (which did finally get resolved). With that said, Van 3 is in charge of picking a secure carrier for your vehicle. So, I recommend you check with Bobby on who your carrier will be and maybe even ask whether or not there have been any reports or incidents you should know about. This was the second incident Van 3 had had with Volk, which is why they say they've decided to cease business with them.

Overall, I would choose Van 3 Auto again. But I would not choose Volk.
