Wedding rings
We had an appointment for wedding rings and Johan was so helpful! We put in a few options beforehand in the booking and he had them all ready and we got to try some other options as well and was very helpful around sizing and different options that would fit us. I have my engagement ring from Vanbruun and it fit so well with the different wedding bands I tried on. Highly recommend!

Disappointing service
Unfortunately I cannot say we had the best experience. We came in to try wedding bands and to understand the different options and what works best also with my engagement ring.
The person we had our appointment with did not assist us at all- she did not ask us any questions about what we’re looking for or try to explain to us anything about what they are able to do/ offer. She put the tray of rings in front of us and then stood on the other side of the glass table typing on her laptop the entire time while we tried some on. Perhaps sales is not the best role for her, but she also did not seem confident to answer questions about the rings either. We immediately wanted to leave the appointment after 5 minutes and felt uncomfortable.
Definitely did not buy our trust to purchase our rings there.

Great experience
We had an appointment with Mari for our wedding rings, and it was really lovely. She was very sweet, knowledgable and listened to our needs.
I really liked that she was not pushy, and we took a few days to think about it. We placed an order and we are very happy with the decision we made with the help of Mari.
