Vape Suite Opiniones

I emailed explaining my order was missing an item and still heard nothing back

Quick easy ordering. Fast delivery.

Vapes dont work and when you contact them to rectify the issue they just ignore you

Always a good service, can not fault

Website easy to navigate great selections of vapes and other items. Ordered and item dispatched same day to be delivered next day. Arrived well packaged. 1 of my items was out of stock so I got a whats app message to make me aware of this and to choose a replacement flavour so I thought this was very good touch and great communication on there part. So I definitly recomend them to anyone and everyone. I will be using again.

Prompt ordering confirmation and excellent delivery service . Love my vapes and the flavours .i will definitely be ordering again . Thanks Vape suite

As always,quick delivery,product packed well.

Smooth straight forward transaction

Brilliant service

Always deliver on time great prices great range

Didn’t resolve issue when package was stolen so stopped using them and found a better seller/comoany.

This is my second order that has gone wrong royal mail have delivered to wrong address abbot road instead of abbot close. Vapesuite are basically saying royal mail have delivered to the correct address but when you go on proof of delivery it shows a white door for number 6 which I know is in Abbot road my door is grey 6 abbot close. But they have been paid and I have no vapes and they won't send replacement customer service is a nightmare to deal with they just don't understand so I'm left out of pocket worst customer service ever.

Website easy to use , delivery service excellent , also they messaged me to advise they had no stock on one of my purchases and if it was ok by me they would make my order up with another of my choices.
Brilliant service thanks .

Quick delivery and good quality

Extremely poor service
Ive placed my online order 4days ago
No one is responding to calls or emails or WhatsApp
They promise to post same day the orders place before 4pm. It's 4 days ignoring me.
Worst ever, totally unreliable

Great prompt service

I ordered my monthly supply, however it has not been shipped, and it is literally impossible to get any answers from any customer service channel. The stores say that the online business is separate and they cannot offer any support regarding online shopping, and the online customer service does not respond at all. I had no choice but to initiate a card chargeback to attempt to recover my money.

Very helpful, good prices, excellent service.
