Great product awesome customer service!
This company is great. I had no problems receiving my order at all a couple of months ago. The light works great! Then after moving I lost my adapter to the light 😔. I contacted customer service and they were nothing but helpful and patient with me. They sent me a new adapter free of charge when I explained my circumstances. Great company! Very pleased!

Incredibly great customer service!
Eight or nine years ago I purchased a Verilux floor lamp to sit beside my favorite chair in our family room. I had many happy hours of reading there. A couple of weeks ago the light would not turn on. I ordered a new bulb, didn't light. I returned that one and ordered another, didn't light. I took the lamp to the recycling center and tossed it, then contacted Verilux letting them know i was very dissatisfied. THEY SHIPPED ME A BRAND NEW LAMP, NO CHARGE. Now THAT is the height of customer service!!

I have one of these already and love it. Also, didn’t know how easy it was to change the ballast. Now I have two. Had ordered a different light awhile ago and it wasn’t what I really wanted. Now I can replace it with my new verilux
