All the reps from Vernon Technology were excellent to work with. They understood our needs and did everything they could to help us reach our technology goals.

We had a need to rent VR headsets for a special event and were able to ultimately source what we needed for a fair price and in a timely fashion. A small hiccup occurred as our original need called for two systems which were originally confirmed in stock, but later it was communicated that actually only one system was available. Nevertheless we made adjustments and were satisfied with the service. The equipment was in great working order and the shipping process was efficient.

Renting equipment from Vernon Tech is effortless and gives us the solution we need to have a successful Research Day.

Ordered 3 laptops and printer. The instructions to download the printer were on a disc, but none of the computers had a cd drive, so we were not able to configure the printer. There were no other instructions enclosed nor was there a number to call for support.
Delivery and pick up was prompt and hassle-free.

The equipment was delivered on time and worked flawlessly. They were also very flexible when it came to extensions on the contract when required.

Our experience was good right up until the end. I do want to put forward that Karen Chow was a great help in getting the order set-up and helping me with coordinating pick-up with Lori Clarke.

Our pick up came late and not on the scheduled date although when someone came to pick-up our four printers and 18 laptops, they only thought they were picking up an equivalent to 1 laptop as he had a shoulder injury and could not lift anything. This resulted in our staff having to lift heavy boxes about 4 feet off the ground and also get inside and move boxes around inside the truck. The gentleman that was injured didn't offer to lower anything down to make things any easier for our staff.

The iPads I rented were received in a various state of charge. A couple only had 1% charge and given that we didn't have convenient access to power outlets, this was a big issue. It really wouldn't have taken much for the company to charge the units again before turning them round to the next client. Also the display cases were a little tatty.

I had expected better for the amount paid.
