Products and pricing are excellent and Karen Chow is an absolute pleasure to work with.

Had no problems getting the equipment we needed in a timely manner and they were helpful with all our needs.

We are working on extremely tight timelines and it is incredibly disappointing that we had to repeatedly request replacement laptops, batteries, and accessories. Furthermore, we feel that our requests should have been responded to sooner. We were not promptly notified of the change in our representative and only found out when we reached out to him.

Good service. Good pricing. Some products did not work or were set up incorrectly when initially received; however, Vernon was responsive to replace. One replacement device also did not work.
