Vipa Car Parts Opiniones

All very easy and prompt service. Made simple to order with registration plate recognition. Great products and service, very pleased!

Have used viper blades for years can’t beat the quality and price love them

Great service good price good product

Just purchased a set of wipers and the quality is fantastic. Ordering online was so easy and delivered on time. Can highly recommend this company from my experience.

Brought the wiperblade set for my viva, the front ones fitted nicely the back seems too small to connect. Wrote to customer service still waiting on reply.

Keep away from this company they’re scammers!!!
Almost two months and no signs of my refund.
They don’t answer the phone and also they don’t reply to hundreds of emails that I have sent them.

Good product easy fitting

Very quick delivery, very good quality 👌

great wipers fast service

Brilliant company, we bought some wipers through Amazon. They arrived damaged due to the postman forcing the blades through my letterbox, thus snapping one of the clips on the blades. I contacted Vipa, sent pictures and cctv evidence of the postman forcing the blades into my letterbox and Vipa responded immediately. They were very apologetic and sent out a new pair of blades immediately. I received them within 2 days.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Thank you Vipa for looking after me.

The order I received was not complete, I emailed them but no response, I will not order from these again.

Simply good wipers with fitting instructions.

Purchasing these wiper blades on their website was very easy and the delivery was very quick, but unfortunately I’ve only had my wiper blade since February. It is now April and they are already juddering and smearing on the windscreen. The old ones I had on my van weren’t as bad as these are now will definitely not buy again. I’ll stick to Bosch.

Work great 👍
Thanks you for your service.

Fast delivery and perfect fit for my car. Installation was a breeze.

Fitted perfectly. Quick + easy

Seem like good quality blades and easy to fix. Were delivered within a few days.

Absolutely DO NOT!!! Use this company. Totally not fit for purpose. No matter what platform you try and contact you'll get zero response. Call the number and their voicemail is conveniently full so unable to leave a message. I'd go as far to say this is a scam company. Take money 💰 then nothing. No wipers. This company needs taking down. Disgraceful. You have been warned. Now having the pain of trying charge back with CC company.

Needed some new wiper blades, parts were easy to find so ordered quickly. The only issue being the wrong parts were sent and the customer service has yet to reply after 5 days.

Update: after sending multiple emails and my licence plate, the company has decided to ignore the last few as they probably found out they sent the incorrect part

Update: It takes a threat of charge back for the refund of the rear blade.

I also get an average of 2 emails per day asking me to review the product and promotions.
