Quick and efficient

Quick and easy to order with good communication and rapid delivery. Was a gift and the recipients were really pleased. I would use them again

Ordered 10 days before our anniversary…

Ordered 10 days before our anniversary paid for selected date in advance and the hamper came 3 days late. Not worth the money paid.

We are very sorry there was a delay in delivery of your hamper. I can see from the tracking it was despatched from us when required, however there was a delay at the FedEx depot which is what caused the delay.
I can see we refunded your named day delivery charge as the hamper wasn't delivered on the required date, and we are sorry it was delayed.
However, I do hope the hamper was enjoyed by your recipient.

Appalling delivery service via…

Appalling delivery service via FedEx…gift (which did finally arrive and was appreciated when it did) was due on Thursday morning prior to a staff member leaving the company. Not only did it not arrive but I had to ring on Thursday afternoon, Friday lunchtime and eventually Tuesday of this week only to be told the same thing each time - it’s due for delivery by 6pm tonight…every. Single. Time. I won’t use this company again as they’ve proved unreliable to deliver on the date promised … go and learn how to do it from Amazon!

We do apologise for the delay of your gift caused by FedEx, unfortunately, as they are an external courier, all we can do is communicate what they tell us, which was their was a delay at there delivery depot.

We ordered prosecco and chocolate to be…

We ordered prosecco and chocolate to be delivered to a newly engaged couple. After several days nothing had arrived. When we raised it with Virginia Hayward they claimed it had bed delivered. When we queried this they sent a photo from the courier showing a bundle of parcels lying on the ground of the common area of the building. No attempt was made to deliver to the flat. I raised this with Virginia Hayward but they have not responded.
In response, I emailed Virginia Hayward on 28th April but the message was blocked. I have resent several times since but each one is blocked.

I have seen from our emails, you called us on 27.04.26 regarding the delivery, where we then provided POD by email, but we unfortunately haven't received any response from you giving any further details.

This delivery took too long

This delivery took too long - it was intended as a birthday present and delivery was promised within 48 hours and the address was in soho. It took 5 days and so was a bit of a fizzer.

Just checked with the recipient. They confirm the hamper was delivered on the 11th - I also received a confirmation email on the 11th. The tracking may therefore show it was received after hours at a business address?

However, upon investigation, I can see you placed the order with us on Wednesday the 6th May and the hamper was successfully delivered on Friday the 8th May. We can provide tracking information if needed.

Quick delivery of Gift Hamper

Speedy delivery, great products - unfortunately there were a few substitutions in the hamper. It would have been nice to know in advance which products weren't available or have a choice on the substitutions, but they were of similar quality and value so overall very happy.
