Ordered my 2 sun loungers on bank holiday Monday and the loungers were delivered on Tuesday. Would absolutely recommend this company, very friendly and incredibly efficient. Easily 5 stars from me

The seller provided an excellent experience. One of the bowls arrived damaged, but after I reported it, they immediately offered to send a replacement. The new item was delivered as promised. Communication throughout the process was polite, clear, and very helpful. Highly reliable and professional seller.

Excellent service. I wanted a vase which showed as being the last in stock. Based on other TP reviews (re lack of stock) I contacted the company to check they actually had it in stock before I purchased it online. They called back within a couple of hours and it arrived the next day. Excellent! And the vase is beautiful.

Great experience with Viva Lagoon; excellent communication and customer service. Ordering process was straightforward, item was well-packed and delivery was prompt.
Unfortunately, the item I ordered had a fault which had been obscured by a label, probably before it had even got to Viva Lagoon, so they themselves would have been unaware. They got back to me very promptly with the offer of a replacement and without having to return the faulty item. The issue was resolved smoothly and without any hassle.
Highly recommend this business.

Product fine but only one towel sent instead of two.

The service is extremely quick and efficient.
However the bath mat states that it is slip resistant and it definitely isn't, rather disappointing!

Towel set arrived minus 1 hand towel, replacement sent however there was snags, contacted company & replacement sent again without any quibbling. Very quick responses. Would use company again

Swift delivery but I would have preferred a message saying we are delivering your parcel rather than we are processing your parcel.

This is the second time I’ve received an email asking me to review this service, from which I ordered one item 12 days ago, which I was told would be dispatched the following day, but which has never arrived. I’ve phoned them twice and had a phone call back assuring me it was in the post, but nothing has ever arrived. I would strongly recommend NOT buying anything from this company. I am starting to think it is not a real company and just a scam. Obviously I have not had a refund.
