AVOID

Extremely poor experience from start to finish. Delivery dates were missed multiple times with no communication, and I was even incorrectly told the items had already been delivered. When the doors finally arrived, they were left without notice and all were damaged.
The company has yet to take proper responsibility or offer a clear resolution - only vague responses blaming suppliers.
Overall, unreliable service, poor communication and unacceptable product quality. I would not recommend.

I am so angry disgusted with this…

I am so angry disgusted with this company over 20 emails and 40 calls ask for a manger to get in contact 21 April 2026 and guess what no a call back like all the other times.Get told one thing after the other all they do is lie and do not care about who the do over .For there mess up they want me to pay £77 for the doors to be picked up and returned no chance .The next step will be the courts as this company can't keep treating people the dirt .

Appalling after sales and delivery service

Great website, great advice and service when ordering. But once you have ordered, no delivery updates and when you call you get an update you’re in a queue for so long you give up. I then emailed for an update on delivery as I heard nothing and you get an automated response, someone will be in touch in 3 working days.

According to their website, they say the delivery company will txt/email/call you in advance to advise if delivery. No one contacted me, instead the driver just turned up with the doors. What if I wasn’t home? Awful service from after sales and the delivery company.

I'm Disgusted with the service will not…

I'm Disgusted with the service will not use this company again .Ordered 7 doors and 1 double door 4 weeks ago got delivery date when the men turned up the delivered the 7 doors but no double doors got told to take up with this company .After paying for the doors over a week ago they tell me the double doors was not in stoke and didnt know when they be in they had to ring the company they get them off to be told they due in on the 4th April to find out they didn't get them in till 8th April .We have been the ones phoning to get updates to be lied to and get told someone will call us back and still no call back.Then today get a text to say the doors will be delivered between 5pm 7pm tracked the driver every 30 mins one min he 3 miles away from then 6 miles away for 2 hours and then just started following driver now he heading home and once again got no doors .

Not Caring about customer/sub contract

We measured and bought 2 doors/furniture and a frame. We were let down by a carpenter so it took 8 weeks to actually discover one door and frame were the wrong size. Vivid were pretty unhelpful basically saying "its your problem" Then eventually when they did take us seriously we were pasted a reply from the "supplier" saying we were too late to exchange, I have £500 of stuff I can't use. Vivid are a middleman not an actual manufacturer of the doors. They take a cut but no responsibility, and they don't have a customer service or care attitude.

We offer a standard 28 day returns policy, unfortunately your request was significantly outside of this time frame. If it's a product we supply ourselves we will always try to help customers by trying to be flexible with the terms where possible and accepting goods outside of the returns policy, however for supplier goods this isn't possible as we have to adhere to their terms and conditions regarding returns.

Our returns policy is available to view online prior to ordering to enable customers to see the process should they need to organise a return,

Doors arrived but no handles and hinges…

Doors arrived but no handles and hinges as on my order. Anyone else have this problem? I had booked a workman for tomorrow as I had been promised the doors would arrive. No one mentioned that the hinges and handles would not!!!!

Unfortunately, this does look to be an error within our courier's warehouse where they were not loaded onto the van on the day of delivery.

I have had 2 deliveries recently the 1st arrived spot on. However the 2nd delivery ordered on 4th March was delayed due to out of stock till 19th March this arrived today 7th April only after I contacted your office. That being that I have just begun the fit and narrowly missed a big mistake as the doors were marked up wrong (pre-finished on side label and unfinished on front) you might like to check your stock??

A nice product, but customer service needs to improve.

We eventually received our door which is pretty sturdy and looks lovely. Customer service lets this company down and it's carrier service. I never received any notification of despatch and I had to chase there whereabouts of my order three times in a week. When I was promised a call back, I didn't get one. I did get an email giving me a tracking number the first time I chased, but the number didn't work on the carriers site. After another two calls I got through to a helpful person called Dan and he actually sorted the problem out. Apparently, the carrier hadn't scanned the parcel when receiving it, so it was lost in their system. The door arrived the day after I had spoken to Dan. The previous representative hadn't achieved anything and not got back to me.

I’d like to thank Josh who delivered my doors today. He was respectful of my property from start to finish and the communication was brilliant as I had to be present for the order. He contacted the day before to confirm order and timeframe, the morning of the order then shortly after to say he would be earlier than anticipated. He was professional and friendly during the delivery and carried all my doors in for me.

Delayed delivery and terrible customer service

We placed a large order for approximately 13 to 14 doors; however, there was a delay of one week in their delivery which was very frustrating. Furthermore, the order was missing the door handles. Since that time, I have made several attempts to contact customer service and have been on hold for over an hour (literally!!), remaining at caller #1. I have been doing since last two days. I have yet to successfully connect with Vivid Doors. This review is prompted by my inability to reach them and the delay in receiving my order. I would appreciate if I receive a call back on my door handles asap from customer service. Its really unacceptable kind of after sale service.

Do not purchase anything from here

I ordered one set of 5 doors. All damaged beyond repair. The delivery company send drivers who could barely speak English and signed the job off immediately so they didn't have to load the doors back up.
You cannot get hold of anyone in the sales or aftersales department. This lead to 2 1/2 hours on phone queues. Their excuse is they are incredibly busy.
Vividdoors offered to keep the damaged doors for a refund or have them picked up again. Only then would I receive a refund. This left me with nearly £700 out of pocket.
I reordered another set of doors which were more expensive as the previous order was now out of stock.
These arrived today. Different delivery company 3 out of 5 doors damaged. Again, job signed off before I had inspected all doors. Almost an hour into the waiting line with caller 1 in the queue they don't pick up.
Quick to take your money but zero customer service or business integrity.

We’re very sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced with your order. The first order was delivered by a third-party courier who unfortunately damaged this in transit, we do pay for a strapped 2 man delivery service to help prevent damages from happening however unfortunately these can still occasionally occur.

As the replacement items were out of stock, you opted to reorder an alternative range of doors supplied directly by LPD, who manage their own deliveries. As soon as we were made aware of the damage to this order, we requested a full collection at your request for a collection and full refund.

We understand that only part of the order has been collected so far which is not what was requested when the returns request was raised. Please be assured that we have escalated this with the supplier and have asked for all remaining items to be collected as a priority.

We sincerely apologise for the level of service you’ve received. This is not the standard we aim to provide our customers with, and we fully understand the frustration this situation has caused. We are currently in the process of introducing our own delivery fleet to give us more control and help prevent issues like this in the future. Once again, we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Awful establishment

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with. The complete lack of integrity is shocking. I was given delivery estimates that were clearly misleading, and not once was I proactively informed about delays. Instead, I’ve been left chasing for answers the entire time.

What’s even worse is the total disregard for customers once they have your money. Emails are simply ignored — I’ve now been waiting over 7 days without a single response. No update, no explanation, nothing. It’s beyond unprofessional.

It genuinely feels like you are told whatever suits them at the time, regardless of whether it’s true or not. The lack of honesty and accountability is unacceptable.

If you value your time, money, or sanity, stay well away. I would never use this company again and would strongly warn others to do the same.

All customer orders are important to us, however as the doors are shipped from overseas on container vessels containing thousands of containers, restocking dates are only estimated and can unfortunately change due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, port congestion, and customs clearance processes.

Due to the current, ongoing, global challenges, we are experiencing more container delays than ever before, all dates previously provided were the current ETA's we were provided directly from the supplier at that time. We try to keep all customers up to date with restocking dates however, sometimes these delays only become apparent when customers call for an update and we speak to our shipping agents who then advise us of this.

We understand that this is a frustrating situation and acknowledge that our communication could have been better with you, we sincerely apologise again for the inconvenience this has caused.

Absolutely awful. Completely wrong doors been delivered this morning, delivery driver refused to take them back, can't get a hold of anyone by email or phone !!

Experience

Received our delivery today by Josh from Clima Door, from ordering to receiving all went smoothly. Delivery of doors - Josh was really good at communicating to receiving tracking as to when he will be at the house. Thank you all our experience has been second to none and would recommend Vivid doors to my family and friends

Damaged doors from Vivid doors poor service

Ordered 6 doors from Vivid doors. Unfortunately 2 doors were damaged beyond repair. In response to Vivid doors. Incorrect information presented by Vivid doors. It was 2 doors that were damaged not 1 as mentioned in your reply. This was due to poor protective packaging not the courier. Compensation of £80 was for 1 door only. We had a joiner booked to fix the doors so could not risk any delays so Vivid doors provided no other options only take it or leave it. So Im £275 out of pocket. The free door handles I had to ask for because at point of purchase your website didn't provide any option to choose. Please note Im not in the habit of replying to companies like this but when I receive a reply full of nonsense and dare I say, false news, to make out Im the issue and you did everything to resolve my concerns I will respond. Honesty goes a long way with many customers and Vivid doors simply failed.

The Aftersales team were looking into this for you and awaiting information back from the couriers, however, we sincerely apologise for the delay in updating you and for any frustration this has caused. We understand that you could have been kept more up to date during this process.

A replacement door was offered however you have chosen to proceed with the compensation instead of the replacement, the compensation has been refunded back onto the card you paid with.

Regarding the free handles, these were never selected when you placed the order. As there are multiple options, they would have needed to be chosen and added to the basket, they then would have appeared on your order confirmation. Now you have confirmed which style you would like, we have gotten these sent out for you.
