My visit to Vivo Fifth Ave was a desperate attempt to fix my damaged hair. I was lucky enough to get an appointment with La-Rochelle who answered all my prayers. She spent time to source the multiple problems & created a corrective plan ... I truely appreciated her care, knowledge & expertise ... I literally walked out with a spring in my step, feeling like a different person. I can't praise her enough ... miracle worker!!

Taz is absolutely amazing and very talented! She is very friendly, kind and patient. She truly listens and communicates on what she’s doing as she worked her magic with the colour, styling of my hair, the result is beyond my expectation 🥰

Lillya at Northlands is absolutely phenomenal!! She listens to what you’re asking for, which i feel is hard to come by these days. She’s taken me from dark dark brown to blonde nice & easy without compromising my hair. She’s so so lovely, accommodating and just an amazing hairdresser!

Always a perfect colour and finish with Christel. Having curly hair, she really knows what it needs and I feel confident I am going to get exactly what I want each time. It really makes all the difference knowing I can trust her with my unruly hair!

My whole experience dealing with Vivo online has been fantastic. I purchased multiple products which I really like. Unfortunately, one product I had to return. Julie made the return and refund super easy. She has been really professional and fast in her customer service with me. A real breath of fresh air in today's world where service can lack.
