Excellent service from Alex
I’d like to give a huge thank you to Alex at the Vodafone shop in the Bon Accord Centre, who helped my wife today with what was a particularly stressful and complicated situation. Her phone and several bank cards had been stolen while she was abroad, so getting everything sorted was far from straightforward.
Alex was absolutely fantastic throughout. He was helpful, professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to understand the situation and guide my wife through everything calmly and efficiently.
His customer service was exceptional, and he went above and beyond to help at a time when my wife was understandably stressed. Alex is a real credit to Vodafone, and I hope his efforts are recognised.
Excellent service from start to finish - thank you, Alex!

I was in seeing Steph and got a great deal on an upgrade, but before she could come see me she had to deal with an angry customer who was shouting at her on the shop floor because he didnt have his physical bank card and she handled the situation with total professionalism.
