I recommend that people come to this store over any other Vodafone. Of all the stores in the region, Airdrie Vodafone is by far the best.

Good customer service, very slow system…
I had a really positive experience with the staff member who served me, Aaron. He was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. His customer service was excellent and he did his best to keep things moving.
Unfortunately, the computer system in the store was tremendously slow. It took so long to process everything that I nearly left without completing my purchase. It was a bit embarrassing considering the market Vodafone operates in and you’d expect a company in telecommunications to have a much faster and more reliable system in place.
Aaron handled the situation professionally and it’s clear the issue wasn’t down to him, but the slow system definitely made the experience more frustrating than it should have been. Hopefully Vodafone can improve this because the staff themselves are doing a great job.
