I can tell them my account details, I can tell them my Bank details (with the date my direct debit is payed) I can tell them how long I have had an account, land line number ....
Speaking to them on my Vodafone mobile!!
But because I cannot remember my pin, can't cancel my account.
Abysmal!!
Just returned from a journey to Vodafone shop (George Street Hove) the dimwit there says he cannot do it. My broadband contract expired a long time ago so I literally have no option but to just cancel my direct debit. A company as insignificant as Vodafone would not make a scratch in my credit rating.
Thank you for the reply Vodafone but typically the links don't work.

I t into vodaphone as I'd been…
I went into vodaphone as I'd been advised my plan was ending. A new cheaper deal was arranged the next day I received an email from trustpilot thanking me for my review. The advisor had written her own 5 star review using my email. I also later discovered that the same advisor had signed a more expensive agreement forging my signature. With help from my family it was all cancelled.hopefully I won't have any more nasty surprise.....

Amazing experience - Altrincham store
I upgraded my phone by going into Vodafone store in Altrincham. I was greeted by Cory & Anton who were both extremely professional and helpful. We were offered complimentary drinks and nothing was too much trouble for either of them. The experience was very pleasant and I walked out of the store with an amazing deal. Cory was really knowledgeable and went through all of the options with me. I’ll definitely be back in the store again next time I need an upgrade! Thank you Cory & Anton
