Excellent face-to-face assistance, contractual terms not made clear
The process was made very simple. I was able to open a mobile Broadband account with no issue at a good price. It is always frustrating to have to wait to see someone but once I was assisted by Paige, she was excellent, clear, friendly and customer focused. However, once I read the contract summary at home it says that my monthly charge will go up by 33% over two years when I thought I had signed up for a two-year contract at £21 per month. I still don’t understand this.
