Positive experience in store
Richard was incredibly helpful talking me through the options for adding an additional sim and changing over from 3 to Vodafone. The changeover process was smooth and he talked me through how to use the app. He was really friendly and it made the whole experience pleasant and straightforward.

Worse phone experience that i have ever had the contract was set up for 36months even though told then wanted 24 months and the prices they gave me was for 36moths a say were for 24months did not see anything until contract texted across followibg day now veen told need to take time off work to sort out with them
