Problems with network service
I had problems with my network signal, I came into store and Lauren managed to reset the settings on my phone which got it all working again in 5 minutes. Fantastic service!

Leon from Vodafone in Bangor, Gwynedd, was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. He helped me to get a phone that i was looking for. I’m very happy with the phone and the deal i got. Will definitely go there again.

Checked bills with Lauren
I came into the Bangor store recently and spoke to Lauren who checked my bills, she explained the costs so I understood them correctly. She offered some great deals for Christmas but I’d already finished all my Christmas shopping for the year. Thanks guys!
