Another successful follow up visit
Another successful follow up visit to the Bangor shop after technical problems. Again staff were warm friendly helpful and sorted the problem in no time at all. This time it was Ben and he couldn't have been better ! Well done all. Excellent customer care skills and technical support.

Lauren was super helpful, I came in regarding the news app not loading on my phone and she not only fixed it, but sorted me out a great broadband deal and upgraded me with a “together” discount, workers like this are why I will always go into store
