Dan at the Barnsley Branch was amazing…
Dan at the Barnsley Branch was amazing across 2 days. I originally went into Vodafone to add a device plan to my account as a birthday present, the process was smooth. The following day, I returned to switch the phone to a newer one and again, Dan supported. The process was seamless, smooth and overall fantastic. Dan kept conversation flowing as we completed the exchange. I ended up leaving with a new iPhone 17 pro max and an iPad, a deal put together for me.

Excellent personal service
I have been a Vodafone customer for some years.
My screen started switching off,.
So I went to purchase a new phone today.
I had amazing service, Isabelle was so helpful and very experienced.
I went in feeling very worried and came out with a fantastic phone all set up and ready to go.

I went in to store with issue with my phone. I was served by Fiz who was very helpful and calm. Told me issue with my phone and got me a new phone and a tablet all set up for me.

I have been a Vodafone customer …
I have been a Vodafone customer for many years, currently I have 4 contracts for various members of my family. The online staff have always been very helpful and provided excellent customer service.
However I visited the Vodafone shop to purchase a wireless charger for my wife's phone . I waited patiently for one of the two staff members to complete their tasks so I could be served. One of them , who was dealing with a sale attempted to direct me to the other that was on the computer. I was being ignored so I backed off and waited patiently again until he finished with the sale. Once he finished i approached him and once again he directed me to the person that was busy. She then said you'll just have to wait until I finish this . I said ok no problem. I don't know why they didn't want to serve me . I placed the charger on the counter and said it doesn't matter then . With that as I was leaving he said I will serve you then, but it was too late. I then felt rejected so I left.
I went outside and saw a mobile phone stall so I gave them my custom instead. I saved £7 on the purchase as well. So I should really be saying thanks Vodafone. One of my contacts is up for renewal next month I think hmm 🤔

Vodafone Customer Service in Barnsley
I received excellent customer service from both Fiz and Daniel. They explained things really clearly. Fiz was very helpful in resolving an issue with my Broadband application. They were very professional and with good communication skills.

Very helpful , went into vodafone today wanted to change my samsung flip phone to a i phone Isabelle was so knowledgeble about it, said would be quite different i phone but its up to you. Nothing was too much trouble and didnt rush me into getting a new phone lovely lady .
