Efficient and helpful
Jade was very helpful and efficient, also friendly. She arranged for me to reduce my monthly payments but keep the same service. Also the Samsung tablet was a very welcome bonus.

Jade in Vodaphone @ Bath was nothing but helpful. I was already a customer for Broadband, I come in and she was able to get me a great deal with a new phone contract. Highly recommend having a chat with Jade.
